【摘要】：自啟蒙運(yùn)動(dòng)以來(lái),現(xiàn)代性?huà)镀湓谏鐣?huì)變遷中表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的力量感和問(wèn)題性,一開(kāi)始就為思想家所感知和思考。可以說(shuō),在現(xiàn)代性的巨變中,任何組織、個(gè)人都包裹其中,準(zhǔn)也不能獨(dú)善其身。自從上帝的權(quán)威被打到以后,人類(lèi)進(jìn)入了世俗權(quán)威統(tǒng)治的存在樣態(tài)。在現(xiàn)代性條件下無(wú)論是抽象的權(quán)威,還是具體的個(gè)人、組織的權(quán)威,都遭遇到了嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)和社會(huì)認(rèn)同危機(jī)。或是冷漠相對(duì)、或是消極對(duì)抗、甚至發(fā)生激烈的沖突和對(duì)抗。 在現(xiàn)代社會(huì),在社會(huì)大眾追求民主、自由和個(gè)性的解放與張揚(yáng)以及整個(gè)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)普遍懷疑的原則之下,在這個(gè)缺乏普遍共識(shí)價(jià)值和倫理規(guī)范的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中,一切權(quán)威都要被懷疑,都要接受社會(huì)大眾的批判和審視。社會(huì)存在的一切權(quán)威形式似乎都要被打倒,我們不僅要問(wèn),打倒權(quán)威的時(shí)代真的到來(lái)了嗎?答案是否定的。權(quán)威作為一種特殊的社會(huì)關(guān)系,它來(lái)源于我們的社會(huì)實(shí)踐,是人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的一種客觀(guān)的必然現(xiàn)象。它是我們現(xiàn)代任何社會(huì)形態(tài)必不可少的一種關(guān)系,是維系社會(huì)發(fā)展和秩序以及保障個(gè)體生存和發(fā)展的一個(gè)必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)和制度保障�？梢哉f(shuō),離開(kāi)了權(quán)威,我們的社會(huì)秩序必然會(huì)陷入一種混亂和無(wú)序。即使是只有兩個(gè)人組成的社會(huì)都必須有這種權(quán)威的服從關(guān)系存在,甚至在我們不久的將來(lái),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了共產(chǎn)主義社會(huì),權(quán)威的存在也是必要的,只不過(guò)是它的作用和形式發(fā)生變化而已。在那個(gè)時(shí)候,政治國(guó)家和政治權(quán)威才會(huì)消失,而變成了維護(hù)社會(huì)利益的管理職能,這種形式和意義上的權(quán)威也將會(huì)必然存在。 而就目前人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展的狀況而言,物質(zhì)財(cái)富的積累和社會(huì)為大眾提供的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品還沒(méi)有極大的豐富和滿(mǎn)足,人們的素質(zhì)和道德修養(yǎng)還有待進(jìn)一步提高,社會(huì)的統(tǒng)一的得到社會(huì)大眾普遍認(rèn)可的普世價(jià)值并未達(dá)成,個(gè)體越來(lái)越追求自我。在地球資源有限的情況下,離開(kāi)了社會(huì)存在的各種世俗權(quán)威形式,普通個(gè)體的生存和發(fā)展都將受到威脅。在人人自覺(jué)、自治的聯(lián)合社會(huì)還沒(méi)有形成之時(shí),權(quán)威有它存在的歷史必然性。而在目前情況下,由于權(quán)威自身所具有的問(wèn)題和世俗社會(huì)中權(quán)威帶有神話(huà)色彩光環(huán)的逐漸破滅,再加上社會(huì)發(fā)展的具體約束條件的限制,權(quán)威受到的質(zhì)疑和挑戰(zhàn)會(huì)越來(lái)越多。這就需要權(quán)威不斷完善自身形象和提高自身的能力和素質(zhì),做出業(yè)績(jī)和實(shí)效,真正為社會(huì)大眾的生存和發(fā)展著想,使他們作為一個(gè)人享受到現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的安全感、富足感、歸屬感和意義感,從而得到社會(huì)大眾認(rèn)同和支持。 本文以期站在現(xiàn)代性這個(gè)復(fù)雜的大背景和條件之下,以中國(guó)社會(huì)為主題,提山和界定權(quán)威社會(huì)認(rèn)同基本規(guī)定性及其約束條件。展現(xiàn)和分析權(quán)威社會(huì)認(rèn)同所遭遇的挑戰(zhàn),探析權(quán)威社會(huì)認(rèn)同的基礎(chǔ)及其生成條件,以期對(duì)中國(guó)在現(xiàn)代性條件下合法權(quán)威的社會(huì)認(rèn)同問(wèn)題的研究和現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的解決提供理論上的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the Enlightenment , modernity carries out the sense of strength and the problem of the social change , and the beginning is perceived and thought by thinkers . It can be said that in the great change of modernity , any organization and individual can not be alone . Since the authority of God has been hit , mankind has entered the existence of the rule of secular authority . Since the authority of God has been hit , it has experienced serious challenges and social identity crisis .


In the modern society , in the pursuit of democracy , liberty and individuality , and the general suspicion of the whole modern society , all the authority is to be criticized and examined in the modern society , which lacks the value of universal consensus and ethics . It is a necessary link and system guarantee for the development of our modern society . It is necessary to maintain social development and order and guarantee the survival and development of the individual .


On the condition of human social development , the accumulation of material wealth and the material products provided by the society for the public are not greatly enriched and satisfied , and people ' s quality and moral cultivation still need to be further improved . The existence and development of the common individuals are threatened . In the present situation , because of the problems of authority itself and the gradual destruction of the myth color halo , the existence and development of ordinary individuals will be threatened . In the present situation , it is necessary for the authorities to improve their own image and improve their ability and quality , and to make their achievements and effectiveness , and to make them enjoy the security , the richness , the sense of belonging and the sense of sense of the modern society , so as to get the social public identification and support .


This paper , with a view to the complex background and conditions of modernity , takes Chinese society as the theme , raises mountains and defines the basic rules and constraints of authoritative social identity , and presents and analyzes the challenges encountered by authoritative social identity , analyzes the foundation of authoritative social identification and its generation conditions , and provides theoretical reference and reference for the study of the legal authority of China under the condition of modernity and the solution of practical problems .
