【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟水平的發(fā)展和人們教育水平的提高,孤兒得到了社會的廣泛關(guān)注,兒童福利院獲得的社會捐助數(shù)額愈來愈高,孤兒的物質(zhì)生活也日益豐富。孤兒這一特殊的弱勢群體,其所處的環(huán)境是否能為其提供情感上的支持是我們需要關(guān)注的大問題。截止至2010年底,我國孤兒的總數(shù)已累計71.2萬人次,且每年都在增加。在兒童這個普通群體中,孤兒這個特殊群體對社會資源需求和愛的需求尤為突出。這些孩子被冠以孤兒這個標簽時,其生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的斷裂與家庭系統(tǒng)的缺失,造成了這些孩子比較普遍性存在學習成績差、道德規(guī)范欠佳、性格心理失衡、安全隱患凸顯等負面問題。政府、一些社會組織以及其它一些社會志愿者雖然通過制度性或非制度性的政策行動或社會行動,對這些孩子給予了一定的幫助。但僅僅這些是不夠的。根據(jù)心理分析理論,孩子們的自我發(fā)展的5個主要階段,由于家庭系統(tǒng)的缺失,直接影響孩子的成長與發(fā)展。2014年7月至11月,筆者參加了民政部“邊遠貧困地區(qū)、邊疆民族地區(qū)和革命老區(qū)社會工作專業(yè)人才支持項目”。在項目開展過程中接觸到了這樣一群孩子。經(jīng)過筆者的前期訪談調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些孩子有一個比較普遍的共性需求——“我想有個爸爸”,筆者根據(jù)孩子們的需求結(jié)合社區(qū)資源開展了一系列的活動。借助社區(qū)社會工作站進行代理爸爸招聘,依附臨江市民政局進行代理過程監(jiān)督,先后在臨江市ATM兒童希望之家開展了小組活動6節(jié),內(nèi)容涵蓋代理爸爸與孩子們的情感培養(yǎng)、困惑解讀、雙向交流等方方面面,為5對父子建立了結(jié)對幫扶機制。結(jié)合本次代理過程中的成功經(jīng)驗與不足之處,筆者與相關(guān)機構(gòu)規(guī)劃并完善了代理行動方案,不僅是將代理爸爸項目延續(xù),讓更多的孩子感受到親情的溫暖,也是在兒童社會工作領(lǐng)域的探索與嘗試,對于社會工作介入孤兒這一群體具有指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of social and economic level and the improvement of people's educational level, orphans have received wide attention in society, and the amount of social donations to children's welfare institutions has been increasing. The material life of orphans is also increasingly rich. Whether the environment of orphans, a special vulnerable group, can provide them with emotional support is a big issue that we need to pay attention to by the end of 2010. The total number of orphans in our country has accumulated 712000 times, and it is increasing every year. Among the ordinary group of children, the demand for social resources and love by this special group of orphans is particularly prominent. When these children were labeled orphans, The breakage of the ecosystem and the absence of the family system caused these children to suffer from negative problems such as poor academic performance, poor moral standards, personality and psychological imbalance, and hidden dangers to safety. Some social organizations and other social volunteers have given these children some help through institutional or non-institutional policy actions or social actions. But these are not enough. According to psychoanalytic theory, The five major stages of children's self-development, due to the absence of the family system, have a direct impact on the growth and development of children. From July to November 2014, the author participated in the Ministry of Civil Affairs's "remote and poor areas." In the process of carrying out the project, we have come into contact with such a group of children. After a preliminary interview and investigation by the author, I found that these children have a common need "I want to have a father." the author carried out a series of activities based on the needs of the children and community resources. Relying on the Bureau of Civil Affairs of Linjiang to supervise the agency process, we successively conducted six sessions of group activities at the ATM Children's Hope House in Linjiang, covering all aspects of emotional training, puzzlement, and two-way communication between acting fathers and children. This paper establishes a twinning support mechanism for 5 pairs of fathers and sons. Combined with the successful experiences and shortcomings in the process of agency, the author and the relevant organizations plan and perfect the agency action plan, which is not only the continuation of the proxy father project, Let more children feel the warmth of the family, but also in the field of social work of children exploration and attempt, social work involved in orphans, this group has a guiding significance.
