【摘要】：城市生態(tài)系統是城市、空間與自然、環(huán)境等的動態(tài)統一,當代城市生態(tài)系統面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。城市生態(tài)權利是城市生態(tài)系統穩(wěn)定與繁榮的重要基石,其內涵可從生態(tài)倫理學、生態(tài)政治學、法理學等維度加以認知。城市生態(tài)權利是對權利主體權益與責任的規(guī)定與整合,其本質是對城市生態(tài)空間中人、自然、社會之間利益關系的確認、調整與優(yōu)化,城市生態(tài)權利的實現需要生態(tài)權利意識、經濟理性邏輯、權力運行機制的深層轉換。建立一種符合生態(tài)正義、經濟運行規(guī)律、法律規(guī)制的城市生態(tài)權利話語體系,對于推進城市生態(tài)權利和城市生態(tài)系統的健康發(fā)展具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Urban ecosystem is the dynamic unity of city, space, nature and environment, and the contemporary urban ecosystem is facing severe challenges. Urban ecological rights are the important foundation stone for the stability and prosperity of urban ecosystem, and its connotation can be derived from ecological ethics. Urban ecological right is the regulation and integration of rights, interests and responsibilities, and its essence is the confirmation, adjustment and optimization of the relationship between human, nature and society in urban ecological space. The realization of urban ecological rights needs the consciousness of ecological rights, the logic of economic rationality, the deep transformation of power operation mechanism, and the establishment of a discourse system of urban ecological rights, which conforms to the ecological justice, the law of economic operation and legal regulation. It is of great significance to promote the urban ecological rights and the healthy development of urban ecosystem.
