【摘要】：當(dāng)農(nóng)村的土地變得越來(lái)越少,當(dāng)農(nóng)民種地變得越來(lái)越容易,農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力越來(lái)越多；而物價(jià)的飛速增長(zhǎng),使得只能靠天靠地吃飯的農(nóng)民也要出門(mén)尋求一條出路,以便更好的養(yǎng)家糊口；當(dāng)一撥又一撥的農(nóng)民離開(kāi)農(nóng)村家園奔向城市,農(nóng)民工的稱謂就隨之而來(lái)；而當(dāng)城市優(yōu)越的條件挽住了農(nóng)民工回家的腳步,“留城”一詞冠在了他們身上；越來(lái)越多的留城農(nóng)民工進(jìn)駐城市,眾多新鮮話題油然而生,而留城農(nóng)民工的問(wèn)題,也越來(lái)越的受到所有人的關(guān)注。如今,留城農(nóng)民工已作為特殊的群體在社會(huì)多個(gè)領(lǐng)域中扮演著重要的角色,其在城市生活的現(xiàn)狀、工作現(xiàn)狀從某種意義上反應(yīng)出了一定的社會(huì)問(wèn)題�！吧鐣�(huì)資本”一詞猶如“留城農(nóng)民工”一樣新鮮,它作為一種特殊的資本存在,也越來(lái)越多的受到學(xué)者們的關(guān)注；從不同的角度審視留城農(nóng)民工問(wèn)題,所得出的結(jié)論也是不一樣的。本文首先對(duì)社會(huì)資本視域和留城農(nóng)民工在概念上做了界定,然后通過(guò)社會(huì)資本視域觀察留城農(nóng)民工問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí),現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)政策制度對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究；通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方式,來(lái)關(guān)注當(dāng)今社會(huì)最為人們所關(guān)注的留城農(nóng)民工問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)發(fā)現(xiàn)留城農(nóng)民工現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,對(duì)其加以分析,進(jìn)一步提出一些解決問(wèn)題的建議,發(fā)掘社會(huì)資本在整個(gè)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的作用以及留城農(nóng)民工在社會(huì)建設(shè)中的作用,引起相關(guān)人員的重視,完善社會(huì)制度,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展,以便更好的改善留城農(nóng)民工的生活工作條件,從而更好的建設(shè)城市,建設(shè)家園。
[Abstract]:As the land in the countryside became less and less, when it became easier for farmers to farm, the surplus labor in the countryside became more and more; and with the rapid increase in prices, farmers who had to rely on heaven and earth to feed themselves had to go out to find a way out. In order to better support the family; when a group of farmers left their rural homes to the city, the title of migrant workers followed; and when the city's superior conditions hold the steps of migrant workers home, the word "stay in the city" in them; More and more urban migrant workers are stationed in the city, many new topics arise spontaneously, and the problem of migrant workers staying in the city has been paid more and more attention to by everyone. As a special group, migrant workers have played an important role in many fields of society. The present situation of work reflects certain social problems in a sense. The word "social capital" is as fresh as "migrant workers staying in the city". As a kind of special capital, it has been paid more and more attention by scholars. The conclusion is also different from different angles. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of social capital and migrant workers, and then through the perspective of social capital to observe the problem of migrant workers in the city. And combined with reality, current situation and related policies and systems to study it; through the combination of theory and practice, to pay attention to the problem of migrant workers who stay in the city, and through the discovery of the existing problems of migrant workers in the city. It is analyzed, some suggestions to solve the problem are put forward, the role of social capital in the whole social development and the role of migrant workers staying in the city in the social construction are explored, which arouse the attention of relevant personnel and perfect the social system. And then promote the harmonious development of society, in order to better improve the living and working conditions of migrant workers in the city, so as to better the construction of cities, construction of homes.
