【摘要】：本文采用2011年中國家庭金融調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CHFS),分析了戶籍屬性與住房擁有對家庭金融資產(chǎn)選擇的影響。研究表明:擁有本地戶籍顯著提高了家庭擁有住房率,并且對家庭參與風險資產(chǎn)市場的可能性和風險資產(chǎn)比重產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響。這一結果在控制了家庭經(jīng)濟條件、人口學特征和投資風險態(tài)度等因素后仍然穩(wěn)健。住房擁有對家庭風險資產(chǎn)市場參與、參與程度產(chǎn)生正效應,但是統(tǒng)計上不顯著。進一步探討戶籍地位的城鄉(xiāng)差異效應后發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)戶籍地位會顯著降低家庭風險資產(chǎn)的投資傾向。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Household Finance Survey in 2011, this paper analyzes the impact of household registration and housing ownership on the choice of household financial assets. And it has a significant positive impact on the possibility of household participation in the venture asset market and the proportion of risky assets. The demographic characteristics and investment risk attitude are still stable. Housing ownership has a positive effect on household risk asset market participation, but it is not statistically significant. After further study of the urban-rural difference effect of household registration status, it is found that housing ownership has a positive effect on household risk asset market. Agricultural household registration status will significantly reduce the investment tendency of household risk assets.
