【摘要】：家庭是社會(huì)系統(tǒng)的重要子系統(tǒng)，是社會(huì)的基本單元，更是每一個(gè)人生存、生活和發(fā)展的微觀(guān)環(huán)境。在所有社會(huì)組織中，家庭對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活變化的反應(yīng)最為敏感，也最為迅速。社會(huì)發(fā)展日益現(xiàn)代化、多元化、快捷化，家庭在享受日益現(xiàn)代、快捷、方便、多元化服務(wù)的同時(shí)，也面臨著快速發(fā)展的社會(huì)所帶來(lái)的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、壓力、挑戰(zhàn)甚至威脅。隨著社會(huì)變遷和人口轉(zhuǎn)變，家庭在發(fā)展過(guò)程中也發(fā)生了顯著地變化，主要體現(xiàn)在家庭規(guī)模小型化、家庭類(lèi)型核心化、家庭功能弱化、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單化、家庭形態(tài)多樣化等，，家庭適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展，抵御社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，維持家庭穩(wěn)定和促進(jìn)家庭及其成員發(fā)展的能力就屬于家庭發(fā)展能力。 “家庭發(fā)展能力”是新近提出的概念，對(duì)這方面的理論研究還比較少。目前的研究還僅僅涉及了概念的界定和內(nèi)涵的把握上。本文以國(guó)家“十二五”規(guī)劃綱要首次將“提高家庭發(fā)展能力”納入其中為背景，以2010-2011年中國(guó)家庭追蹤調(diào)查（CFPS）數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)整理和修復(fù)，用定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法，具體采用微觀(guān)多維度層次分析法，對(duì)被調(diào)查地區(qū)樣本家庭戶(hù)的家庭發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行測(cè)度，并將家庭發(fā)展能力分為五個(gè)等級(jí)，對(duì)家庭發(fā)展能力的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述，對(duì)其影響因素做定量分析。 論文內(nèi)容主要包括：第一，闡述研究背景，表明研究目的和意義，對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，介紹本文的研究對(duì)象、方法、思路、內(nèi)容、理論基礎(chǔ)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二，對(duì)本文使用的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源、數(shù)據(jù)整理的過(guò)程做簡(jiǎn)要介紹，并對(duì)樣本家庭戶(hù)的基本狀況進(jìn)行描述分析，包括分地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)的家庭分布，人口狀況以及家庭收支狀況。第三，建立評(píng)價(jià)家庭發(fā)展能力的指標(biāo)體系，利用微觀(guān)多維度層次分析法結(jié)合專(zhuān)家評(píng)分對(duì)各指標(biāo)賦權(quán)，以數(shù)據(jù)整理和分析為基礎(chǔ)，計(jì)算出家庭發(fā)展能力綜合指數(shù)，并對(duì)家庭發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行等級(jí)分類(lèi)。第四，利用家庭發(fā)展能力的測(cè)度結(jié)果，選取合適自變量，采用序次Logistic回歸對(duì)家庭發(fā)展能力的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并結(jié)合實(shí)際提出建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The family is an important subsystem of the social system, the basic unit of society, and the microenvironment in which everyone lives, lives and develops. Of all social organizations, families are the most responsive to changes in social and economic life, It is also the fastest. Social development is increasingly modern, diversified and rapid. While families are enjoying increasingly modern, fast, convenient and diversified services, they are also facing all kinds of risks and pressures brought about by a rapidly developing society. Challenges and even threats. With social changes and demographic changes, the family has also undergone significant changes in the process of development, mainly reflected in the family size miniaturization, family type core, family function weakened, family structure simplified, The ability of family to adapt to social development, resist social risks, maintain family stability and promote the development of family and its members belongs to the ability of family development. "capacity for Family Development" is a new concept, There are few theoretical studies on this aspect. The current research only involves the definition of the concept and the grasp of the connotation. This paper takes the "improving the ability of family development" as the background of the national "12th Five-Year Plan" program for the first time. Based on the data of China Family tracking Survey (CFPS) in 2010-2011, through data collation and repair, the method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis is used, and the microcosmic multi-dimensional analytic hierarchy process is used concretely. This paper measures the family development ability of the sample families in the investigated area, and divides the family development ability into five levels, describes the present situation of the family development ability, and makes quantitative analysis on the influencing factors. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, expound the research background, show the purpose and significance of the research, summarize the relevant literature, introduce the research object, method, thought, content, theoretical basis and innovation. The data sources used in this paper, the process of data collation are briefly introduced, and the basic situation of sample households is described and analyzed, including the distribution of households in different regions, urban and rural areas, population status and household income and expenditure. Third, The index system of evaluating family development ability is established, and the comprehensive index of family development ability is calculated based on data collation and analysis by using microcosmic multi-dimension analytic hierarchy process and expert score to empower each index. The author also classifies the ability of family development by rank. 4th, selects appropriate independent variables by using the measurement results of family development ability, and makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of family development ability by order Logistic regression. And put forward suggestions and countermeasures combined with the actual situation.
