【摘要】：馬克思以其敏銳的視角考察和審視了資本主義生產(chǎn)方式下社會(huì)保障的產(chǎn)生原理和基金來(lái)源,直接而全面地闡述了社會(huì)保障制度的受益人群及實(shí)際功能,剖析了社會(huì)保障制度的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)為社會(huì)保障的終極目標(biāo)是社會(huì)公平。馬克思主義關(guān)于人的需要的理論、社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)理論的基本原理和社會(huì)產(chǎn)品分配的基本原理,是社會(huì)主義社會(huì)保障的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)今天我們建立具有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)保障制度具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義�，F(xiàn)行的農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障體系不能妥善解決農(nóng)村老年人的養(yǎng)老矛盾,我們必須在正確的社會(huì)保障思想指導(dǎo)下,深入研究和掌握農(nóng)村老年人面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題和窘境,并有針對(duì)性地提出行之有效的解決辦法和措施,是健全和完善社會(huì)保障制度的客觀要求,同時(shí)也是馬克思主義社會(huì)保障思想的重要實(shí)踐。本文以理論的角度審視現(xiàn)實(shí),以現(xiàn)實(shí)的折射認(rèn)識(shí)理論,將所學(xué)馬克思主義理論知識(shí)與中國(guó)具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合,試圖對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前健全和完善農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保障制度途徑做出有價(jià)值的探索。本文第一部分主要闡述馬克思社會(huì)保障思想的主要內(nèi)容及當(dāng)代價(jià)值;第二部分是我國(guó)社會(huì)保障制度和農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障歷史沿革;第三部分闡述現(xiàn)行的農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障制度缺陷;最后一部分主要探討如何在馬克思社會(huì)保障思想指導(dǎo)下解決農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑。
[Abstract]:Marx examined and examined the principles and sources of social security in the capitalist mode of production from his keen perspective, and expounded directly and comprehensively the beneficial groups and actual functions of the social security system. This paper analyzes the essence of the social security system and thinks that the ultimate goal of the social security system is social equity. The Marxist theory on the needs of human beings, the basic principles of social reproduction theory and the basic principles of social product distribution are the theoretical basis of socialist social security. Today we establish a social security system with Chinese characteristics has an important guiding significance. The current social security system in rural areas cannot properly solve the contradiction between the aged and the aged in rural areas. Under the guidance of the correct social security ideology, we must deeply study and grasp the practical problems and predicament faced by the elderly in rural areas. It is the objective requirement to perfect and perfect the social security system and the important practice of Marxist social security thought to put forward effective solutions and measures. This paper examines the reality from a theoretical point of view, reflects the cognitive theory of reality, and combines the theoretical knowledge of Marxism with the concrete reality of China. This paper attempts to make a valuable exploration on the ways of perfecting and perfecting the rural old-age security system in our country. The first part of this paper mainly expounds the main content and contemporary value of Marx's social security thoughts; the second part is the historical evolution of our country's social security system and the rural social security system; the third part expounds the defects of the current rural social security system. The last part mainly discusses how to solve the rural pension problem under the guidance of Marx's social security thought.
