【摘要】：利用中國老年健康影響因素的跟蹤調查數(shù)據(jù),探討了社會保障轉移支付對老年人經(jīng)濟貧困、健康貧困和精神貧困的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),社會保障轉移支付對老年貧困的影響存在顯著的城鄉(xiāng)差異,社會保障轉移支付緩解了城鎮(zhèn)老年人的經(jīng)濟貧困,加劇了其精神貧困,對健康貧困則無顯著影響,而對農村老年人而言,社會保障轉移支付對其三個層面的貧困均有緩解作用。從作用機制來看,社會保障轉移支付主要通過醫(yī)療服務利用與居住方式變化影響了老年人的健康貧困和精神貧困。
[Abstract]:The influence of social security transfer payment on the economic poverty, health poverty and mental poverty of the elderly was investigated by using the data of the investigation on the factors affecting the health of the elderly in China. The study found that there are significant urban and rural differences in the impact of social security transfer payment on elderly poverty. Social security transfer payment alleviates the economic poverty of the urban elderly, exacerbates their mental poverty, and has no significant impact on health poverty. For the elderly in rural areas, social security transfer payment can alleviate poverty in all three levels. From the perspective of function mechanism, social security transfer payment mainly affects the health poverty and mental poverty of the elderly through the changes of medical service utilization and living style.
