【摘要】：民生問(wèn)題主要指關(guān)系人們生存、發(fā)展的基本問(wèn)題,是關(guān)系人民群眾最關(guān)心、最直接、最現(xiàn)實(shí)的利益問(wèn)題,民生問(wèn)題的妥善解決關(guān)系社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和諧及國(guó)家長(zhǎng)治久安。在全面深化改革的新時(shí)期,民生建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的新問(wèn)題和復(fù)雜矛盾日益凸顯出來(lái),諸如教育資源分配不公平、特殊群體就業(yè)形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻、城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距拉大以及社會(huì)保障體系亟待進(jìn)一步完善等等,要使得我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展必須重視這些問(wèn)題使之得到有效解決。在此背景下,我們黨順應(yīng)全國(guó)人民對(duì)幸福生活的期待,在科學(xué)把握中國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)國(guó)情的基礎(chǔ)上,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中華民族實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興中國(guó)夢(mèng)的過(guò)程中,在黨的十八大以來(lái)不斷豐富完善民生思想理論。黨的十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的民生思想為解決我國(guó)當(dāng)前民生領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的具體問(wèn)題提供了有益的解決思路和方法,具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想方面的研究成果和現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。本文主要采用歷史文獻(xiàn)分析法和歸納總結(jié)分析法,多維度立體地從分析范疇、理論淵源、主要內(nèi)容、重要價(jià)值等方面論述了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想。全文約34000字,共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分是對(duì)論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容相關(guān)概念的界定。論文首先梳理了民生一詞的歷史發(fā)展軌跡,然后闡釋了民生及民生思想的概念,為后文深入研究十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的民生思想做了鋪墊;第二部分主要對(duì)十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想的理論淵源和歷史演進(jìn)進(jìn)行了論述。中國(guó)古代傳統(tǒng)民本思想的精華、孫中山的實(shí)業(yè)救國(guó)救民民生觀以及馬克思主義民生思想都是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想的重要理論來(lái)源,而中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的民生思想也經(jīng)歷了逐步發(fā)展和不斷創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程;第三部分首先闡述了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景,然后重點(diǎn)從價(jià)值追求、主要目標(biāo)、有力保證、基本路徑等方面系統(tǒng)論述了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想的主要內(nèi)容;第四部分重點(diǎn)從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面探討了十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生思想的重要價(jià)值。在理論上豐富了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系,在實(shí)踐上具體指導(dǎo)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民生實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood problems mainly refer to the basic problems related to the survival and development of people, are the most concerned, direct and realistic interests of the people, and the proper solution of livelihood problems is related to social stability and harmony and the long-term stability and stability of the country. In the new period of comprehensive deepening of reform, new problems and complex contradictions in the field of people's livelihood construction have become increasingly prominent, such as the unfair distribution of educational resources and the grim employment situation of special groups. The income gap between urban and rural residents is widening and the social security system needs to be further improved. In order to make the sustainable and healthy development of our country's economy and society, we must pay attention to these problems so that they can be solved effectively. Against this background, our Party complies with the expectations of the people of the whole country for a happy life, and on the basis of scientifically grasping the reality of China, in the process of leading the Chinese nation to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream, In the party since the 18 th National Congress, constantly enrich and improve the people's livelihood ideological theory. The thought of the people's livelihood of the Communist Party of China (CPC) since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has provided beneficial ideas and methods for solving the concrete problems in the field of people's livelihood at present, and has important theoretical and practical value. Based on the research results and present situation of the people's livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China at home and abroad, this paper makes a systematic study on the people's livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress. This article mainly uses the historical literature analysis method and the induction summary analysis method, from the analysis category, the theory origin, the main content, the important value and so on, has discussed the Chinese Communist Party's livelihood thought since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The full text is about 34000 words, which is divided into four parts. The first part is the definition of the main research content related concepts. The paper firstly combs the historical development track of the word "people's livelihood", and then explains the concept of people's livelihood and people's livelihood thought, which paves the way for further research on the people's livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China (CPC) since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The second part mainly discusses the theoretical origin and historical evolution of the CPC's livelihood thought since the 18th CPC National Congress. The essence of the traditional people-oriented thought in ancient China, Sun Zhongshan's concept of saving the nation and saving the people's livelihood, and the Marxist thought of the people's livelihood are the important theoretical sources of the people's livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China. Meanwhile, the people's livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China has also experienced a process of gradual development and continuous innovation. The third part first expounds the background of the times in which the people's livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China has emerged since the 18th National Congress, and then focuses on the pursuit of value and the main goal. The main contents of the thought of the people's livelihood of the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) are systematically discussed in terms of the basic path and the basic path. It enriches the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in theory and guides the practical activities of the people's livelihood of the Communist Party of China in practice.
