【摘要】:社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)是由國(guó)家立法,籌集資金,對(duì)勞動(dòng)者在因各種原因而無(wú)法正常勞動(dòng)并獲得合理收入時(shí)能夠得到國(guó)家給予的一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)上的補(bǔ)償,使他們能夠獲得基本的生活保障,這是國(guó)家的一項(xiàng)基本福利保障制度。現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)建立的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)制度體系,主要包括養(yǎng)老社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)(社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌結(jié)合個(gè)人賬戶)、醫(yī)療社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)(社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌結(jié)合個(gè)人賬戶)、工傷保險(xiǎn)、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、生育保險(xiǎn)等。雖然起步較晚,但通過(guò)這些年社會(huì)保障工作人員的努力,我國(guó)的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息化水平有了很大提高,處于快速追趕的階段。已經(jīng)基本上實(shí)現(xiàn)了社保數(shù)據(jù)的信息化管理,統(tǒng)計(jì)和方便查詢。國(guó)家也建立了信息流通平臺(tái)以便社保中心與相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門之間進(jìn)行交流和信息共享來(lái)方便參保人員獲得社會(huì)福利的便利。由于社保數(shù)據(jù)的打通,現(xiàn)在,參保人員只要憑借一張社保卡就可以方便獲得就醫(yī),養(yǎng)老等多項(xiàng)社會(huì)保障活動(dòng)。同時(shí),社保工作的信息化管理的發(fā)展也大大提高了社保人員的工作效率和簡(jiǎn)化了大量人力工作。但隨著社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)統(tǒng)籌層次的提高和覆蓋范圍的擴(kuò)大,以及參保人員跨統(tǒng)籌區(qū)流動(dòng)的日益頻繁,現(xiàn)在社保系統(tǒng)說(shuō)要滿足的需求和所需承載的功能已經(jīng)有了天翻地覆的變化,對(duì)現(xiàn)行社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行升級(jí),對(duì)分散的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息進(jìn)行整合,建立一個(gè)更能用數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)話的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息系統(tǒng)已成為我國(guó)勞動(dòng)保障信息化建設(shè)最為緊迫的任務(wù)。本論文研究的是如何采用軟件工程思想和方法,利用面向?qū)ο蟮能浖枨蠓治觥④浖O(shè)計(jì)方法,開(kāi)發(fā)適用于社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的實(shí)用、可靠、易操作,有較高的性能和安全性的社保信息管理系統(tǒng)。論文首先結(jié)合福建省泉州市目前的社保系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,討論了社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景;然后簡(jiǎn)要介紹了軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的技術(shù)背景;然后分析了社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求、用戶情況和可行性;接下來(lái)重點(diǎn)論述了社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、接著給出了社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的三層構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)方案。接著重點(diǎn)討論了系統(tǒng)主要功能設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)以及界面設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、工作流程的研究,系統(tǒng)搭建方法的學(xué)習(xí)和對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí),本人、將數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù)應(yīng)用于社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng),使之服務(wù)于社保數(shù)據(jù)分析工作,對(duì)于我國(guó)的社保體系發(fā)展具有重要意義。本研究綜合集成現(xiàn)行通用的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)可視化算法,形成一個(gè)可擴(kuò)展的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)錄入、查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)與決策支撐的原型系統(tǒng),除了現(xiàn)行通用社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)的基本功能外,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù),在地圖上進(jìn)行分區(qū)域、分行業(yè)的歷史社保數(shù)據(jù)的可視化展示,對(duì)社保數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行細(xì)化分析,還將設(shè)置時(shí)間軸,顯示數(shù)據(jù)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,直觀反映各種社保項(xiàng)目的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),以有效輔助各類時(shí)空信息的整合、分析與推理。本文所介紹的基于數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù)的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)是基于C/S模式的三層系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)模式。系統(tǒng)基于SQL Server的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及.Net的客戶端技術(shù),使用地圖接口對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行可視化展示,并采用版本控制工具Clear Case進(jìn)行版本控制。系統(tǒng)提供安全服務(wù)、目志服務(wù),具有規(guī)范化的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),整個(gè)社保系統(tǒng)利用框架來(lái)解除復(fù)雜的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯模塊之間的耦合,使系統(tǒng)變得易擴(kuò)展,易維護(hù)并且可移植。除此以外,為了減少用戶的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)成本,我們?cè)谙到y(tǒng)的用戶界面設(shè)計(jì)和操作習(xí)慣上都盡量與當(dāng)前市面上主流的Windows客戶端系統(tǒng)保持一致。
[Abstract]:Social insurance is a national legislation, raising funds, for workers to be able to obtain a certain economic compensation by the state when they are unable to work normally and obtain reasonable income for various reasons, so that they can obtain basic living security. This is a basic welfare guarantee system of the state. At this stage, the social security established in our country is established. The system of insurance system includes pension social insurance (social co-ordination combined with personal accounts), medical social insurance (social co-ordination with personal accounts), industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, birth insurance and so on. Although it started late, the social insurance information level of our country has been greatly improved through these years of social security workers' efforts. It has basically realized the information management, statistics and convenient inquiry of social security data. The state has also established a information circulation platform to facilitate communication and information sharing between the social security center and the relevant business departments to facilitate the benefits of social welfare for the insured. At the same time, the development of information management of social security work has greatly improved the efficiency of social security personnel and simplified a large number of human work. However, with the improvement of the overall level of social insurance and the expansion of coverage, as well as the participation of the social insurance system, The current social security system said that the needs and functions that the social insurance system needs to meet and the function required have changed dramatically. The social insurance system is upgraded, the scattered social insurance information is integrated, and the social insurance information system, which is more able to speak, has become our country. This paper studies how to use software engineering ideas and methods, to use object-oriented software requirements analysis, software design method, to develop social insurance information management system which is practical, reliable, easy to operate, and has high performance and security. The present situation of social security system in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, discusses the background of the research on the social insurance information management system, and then briefly introduces the technical background of the software development, then analyzes the requirements, the user situation and the feasibility of the social insurance information management system, and then focuses on the design objectives of the social insurance information management system. Then the three layer framework design scheme of the social insurance information management system is given. Then the main function design of the system, the design of the system database and the interface design are emphatically discussed. Through the research on the social insurance system database, the work process, the learning of the system construction method and the learning of the data visualization technology, I will the data. Visualization technology is applied to social insurance system to serve the social security data analysis work, which is of great significance for the development of social security system in China. This study integrates the current general social insurance system and data visualization algorithm to form an extensible prototype system for social insurance entry, inquiry, statistics and decision support. In addition to the basic functions of the current general social insurance system, through the data visualization technology, the visual display of the historical social security data on the map is carried out on the map, and the data of social security is refined and analyzed. The time axis will be set up to display the dynamic changes of the data, and the statistical data of various social security projects will be directly reflected. The social insurance system based on data visualization is the three layer system development model based on C/S mode. The system is based on the SQL Server database and the.Net client technology, using the map interface to visualize the data, and use the version control. System tool Clear Case for version control. The system provides security services, services, standardized database design, and the entire social security system uses a framework to remove the coupling between complex business logic modules, making the system easy to extend, easily maintainable and portable. In addition, in order to reduce the cost of system learning for users, I The user interface design and operation habits of the system are consistent with the mainstream Windows client system currently on the market.
