【摘要】：在深化我國養(yǎng)老保險制度改革方面,應建立健全全國統(tǒng)一的城鄉(xiāng)居民基本養(yǎng)老保險制度;建立健全個人賬戶制度,發(fā)展企業(yè)年金和職業(yè)年金,發(fā)揮商業(yè)保險的補充作用;適當降低費率,漸進式延遲退休年齡,實行多繳多得的原則;增加財政對社會保障的投入,通過立法建立社會保障基金;強化社會建設,做好以社�？楹诵牡男畔⒐蚕淼木用駲n案。
[Abstract]:In deepening the reform of the old-age insurance system in our country, we should establish and improve the national unified basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents, establish and improve the personal account system, develop the enterprise annuity and occupational annuity, and give play to the supplementary role of commercial insurance. Appropriate reduction of rates, gradual delay of retirement age, implementation of the principle of overpaying and gaining more; increase of financial input into social security; establishment of social security funds through legislation; strengthening of social construction, Do a good job of social security card as the core of the information sharing of the residents file.
