【摘要】：正從張之洞的奏議、公牘、著述考證他施政之道是富民強(qiáng)國。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)富民強(qiáng)國,在實(shí)踐上,主張學(xué)習(xí)外國的科技與先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),辦教育、辦實(shí)業(yè)。從他的施政之道與實(shí)踐主張看,他一生都在致力于以科教富民強(qiáng)國。其主要思想體現(xiàn)在如下方面:一、智力興國。他提出"益智第一"。認(rèn)為:"自強(qiáng)生于力,力生于智,智生于學(xué)。""人力不能敵虎豹,然而能擒之者,智也。人力不能御大水,墮高山,然而能阻之,開之者,智也。豈西人智而華人愚哉。"
[Abstract]:From the Zhang Zhidong, official papers, textual research on his policy path is rich and powerful people. In order to make the people rich and powerful, in practice, we advocate learning foreign science and technology and advanced experience, running education and running industry. Judging from his administration and practice, he devoted his whole life to enriching the people with science and education. Its main ideas are reflected in the following aspects: first, the intellectual rejuvenation of the country. He put forward "puzzle first". The author thinks: "Self-improvement is born of strength, strength is born of wisdom, and wisdom is born of learning." Manpower can not enemy tiger leopard, but the person who can capture, wisdom also. Man cannot resist the great flood and fall into the high mountain, but he who can stop it, who opens, is wise. A man who is wise and a Chinese man is foolish. "
