【摘要】:正周韞珍教授1926年3月生于天津,1952年畢業(yè)于北京大學(原燕京大學)化學系,分配到中國醫(yī)科大學衛(wèi)生系營養(yǎng)與食品衛(wèi)生學教研室任教,1955年調(diào)至武漢醫(yī)學院(現(xiàn)華中科技大學同濟醫(yī)學院)衛(wèi)生系營養(yǎng)與衛(wèi)生學教研室任教。周教授自1952年大學畢業(yè)以來一直從事營養(yǎng)與食品衛(wèi)生學的教學和研究工作。20世紀50年代初,國內(nèi)尚無有關營養(yǎng)和食品衛(wèi)生專業(yè)教材,周教授參與了
[Abstract]:Professor Zhou Youzhen was born in Tianjin in March 1926 and graduated from Beijing University (formerly Yanjing University) in 1952.He was assigned to teach in the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Department of Health, China Medical University, and in the Department of Nutrition and Hygiene, Wuhan Medical College (Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology) in 1955.Professor Zhou has been engaged in teaching and research on nutrition and food hygiene since he graduated from university in 1952.
