【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人口流動(dòng)與集聚已經(jīng)成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)基本特征。然而,影響人口集聚的原因和機(jī)理仍需進(jìn)一步探究。理解人口流動(dòng)和集聚的內(nèi)在機(jī)制有助于推動(dòng)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)、疏解大都市區(qū)人口以及建設(shè)新城區(qū)。在流動(dòng)人口大軍中,教育遷移的比例不斷提高,教育遷移成為人口集聚的一個(gè)重要原因。利用1989-2010年期間地級市面板數(shù)據(jù),采用系統(tǒng)GMM方法,提出基礎(chǔ)教育與人口集聚之間先后呈現(xiàn)倒U型和U型關(guān)系,表明基礎(chǔ)教育規(guī)模顯著影響了人口集聚,而教育遷移成為促進(jìn)人口集聚的一個(gè)新動(dòng)力,特別是在2005年以來,教育遷移加速了人口集聚的趨勢。因而,在建設(shè)新型城鎮(zhèn)化以及大都市疏解人口過程中,應(yīng)充分重視基礎(chǔ)教育的引導(dǎo)作用,促成人口集聚與疏導(dǎo)人口合理布局。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, population mobility and agglomeration have become a basic feature of China's economic development. However, the causes and mechanisms of population agglomeration still need to be further explored. Understanding the internal mechanism of population mobility and agglomeration is helpful to promote the construction of new urbanization, dredge the population of metropolitan areas and build new urban areas. In the floating population army, the proportion of educational migration is increasing, and educational migration has become an important reason for population agglomeration. Based on the data of prefecture-level city panel from 1989 to 2010, and using the method of system GMM, this paper puts forward that the relationship between basic education and population agglomeration is inverted U-shaped and U-shaped, which shows that the scale of basic education has significantly affected the population agglomeration. Education migration has become a new driving force to promote population agglomeration, especially since 2005, education migration has accelerated the trend of population agglomeration. Therefore, in the process of building a new type of urbanization and dredging the population of metropolis, we should pay full attention to the guiding role of basic education, so as to promote population agglomeration and guide the rational distribution of population.
