【摘要】：計劃生育政策作為我國的一項基本國策，在長達(dá)三十年的推行過程中，在鄉(xiāng)村形成了一個較為穩(wěn)定的傳播模式。近幾年，隨著國家各項對農(nóng)政策的出臺，學(xué)界中更多的人將目光從城市轉(zhuǎn)向鄉(xiāng)村，對各類政策信息在鄉(xiāng)村傳播的研究和探討也隨之增多。但作為鄉(xiāng)村政策傳播重要內(nèi)容之一的計劃生育政策信息，，無論是從效果研究還是內(nèi)容研究抑或是模式研究，都鮮有人涉及。 本文主要采取實地調(diào)研和理論推導(dǎo)相結(jié)合的方法，分析計劃生育政策信息在鄉(xiāng)村的傳播效果并試圖推導(dǎo)出政策信息在鄉(xiāng)村的傳播模式。在實地調(diào)研中，本文主要采取了焦點訪談與問卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法，通過對重慶市巫山縣巫峽鎮(zhèn)計劃生育信息傳播現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與研究，從知曉、認(rèn)知、態(tài)度和行為改變分析了政策信息在當(dāng)?shù)氐膫鞑バЧ�，并探尋各層效果與不同傳播渠道之間的相關(guān)性。 在對計劃生育政策信息傳播過程的各要素進(jìn)行分析后，本文試圖推導(dǎo)出政策信息在鄉(xiāng)村的傳播模式，通過模式說明各要素的特點和在信息傳播過程中存在的問題，并就計劃生育政策信息在基層的傳播提出建議。
[Abstract]:As a basic national policy of our country, family planning policy has formed a relatively stable mode of communication in rural areas in the course of 30 years. In recent years, with the introduction of various national policies on agriculture, more and more people in academic circles have turned their attention from cities to villages, and the research and discussion on the dissemination of various kinds of policy information in rural areas has also increased. However, as one of the important contents of rural policy communication, the information of family planning policy is seldom involved in the research of effect, content or mode. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining field investigation and theoretical derivation to analyze the effect of family planning policy information dissemination in rural areas and try to deduce the dissemination mode of policy information in rural areas. In the field investigation, this paper mainly adopts the method of combining the focus interview and questionnaire, through the investigation and research on the present situation of family planning information dissemination in Wushan County, Chongqing, from the knowledge, cognition, Attitude and behavior change analyzes the effect of policy information dissemination in the local area, and explores the correlation between the effect of different levels and different communication channels. After analyzing the elements of the process of information dissemination of family planning policy, this paper tries to deduce the mode of dissemination of policy information in rural areas, through which the characteristics of each element and the problems existing in the process of information dissemination are explained. And the dissemination of information on family planning policy at the grass-roots level put forward suggestions.
