【摘要】：正健康是促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展的必然要求。習(xí)近平總書記指出,沒(méi)有全民健康就沒(méi)有全面小康。黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)提出推進(jìn)建設(shè)健康中國(guó)的新目標(biāo),體現(xiàn)了以人為本、執(zhí)政為民的理念,凸顯了對(duì)保護(hù)國(guó)民健康的高度重視和堅(jiān)定的政治決心。建設(shè)健康山西是貫徹落實(shí)黨中央決策部署,落實(shí)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局的必然要求,也是深化學(xué)習(xí)討論落實(shí)活動(dòng),加快山西"六大發(fā)展"、實(shí)現(xiàn)富民強(qiáng)省目標(biāo)的迫切需要。衛(wèi)生計(jì)生系統(tǒng)作為建設(shè)健康山西的
[Abstract]:Positive health is an inevitable requirement to promote the overall development of human beings. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that there would be no overall well-off without universal health. The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the new goal of promoting the construction of a healthy China, which embodies the idea of "people-oriented" and "ruling for the people", and highlights the high importance and firm political determination to protect the health of the people.
