【摘要】：隨著生育政策調(diào)整,中國(guó)人口科學(xué)研究進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展階段。文章在回顧人口科學(xué)研究主要脈絡(luò)和發(fā)展歷史的基礎(chǔ)上,指出中國(guó)人口科學(xué)發(fā)展面臨基礎(chǔ)研究薄弱、跟風(fēng)現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、學(xué)風(fēng)浮躁等問題,原始數(shù)據(jù)共享障礙、研究創(chuàng)新能力缺乏的狀況與大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的要求還有很大差距。文章認(rèn)為,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代中國(guó)人口科學(xué)研究者需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)數(shù)學(xué)、概率論與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)等基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練,研究主題應(yīng)集中在人口結(jié)構(gòu)性問題和低生育水平下的人口變動(dòng)規(guī)律方面。文章結(jié)合國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展前沿,指出中國(guó)人口科學(xué)研究在基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、研究方法和分析技術(shù)等方面的學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新方向。明確人口科學(xué)研究為相關(guān)定量社會(huì)科學(xué)和國(guó)家重大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃提供支撐的定位,以及在國(guó)家智庫建設(shè)中的作用與地位。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of fertility policy, Chinese population science research has entered a new stage of development. On the basis of reviewing the main context and development history of population science research, the paper points out that the development of population science in China is faced with problems such as weak basic research, serious phenomenon of following the wind, impetuous style of study, and obstacles to the sharing of raw data. There is still a big gap between the lack of innovation ability and the requirement of big data era. The paper holds that Chinese population science researchers need to further strengthen basic training in mathematics, probability theory, statistics and computer science in the big data era. Research topics should focus on population structural problems and population changes at low fertility levels. Combined with the international academic development frontier, this paper points out the academic innovation direction of Chinese population science research in basic data, research methods and analytical techniques. The role and position of population scientific research in the construction of national think-tank should be defined to provide support for relevant quantitative social sciences and national strategic plans for major development.
