基于GIS的實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與可視化分析研究

【摘要】: 隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,城市中的外來(lái)人口、境外人員等非戶籍人口的數(shù)量飛速增長(zhǎng),很大程度上給政府人口管理、城市配套服務(wù)建設(shè)、公安安保治理等,帶來(lái)了巨大的壓力和不同的挑戰(zhàn)。人口之間的數(shù)據(jù)與關(guān)系變得復(fù)雜而難以預(yù)測(cè),因此,在切實(shí)加強(qiáng)實(shí)有人口信息管理工作的基礎(chǔ)上,如何通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)有人口之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)人口信息的高效管理與應(yīng)用,是當(dāng)前政府及相關(guān)部門面臨的重要課題。 為了應(yīng)對(duì)政府與社會(huì)的實(shí)際需求,推進(jìn)實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)分析與可視化的研究工作,本論文面向?qū)嵱腥丝跀?shù)據(jù)挖掘及其結(jié)果的可視化模式開展研究:首先分析海量實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)模型;其次探討實(shí)有人口關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)造相應(yīng)的評(píng)分規(guī)則;然后設(shè)計(jì)人口關(guān)系和發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)果的可視化表達(dá)模式;最后借助GIS軟件平臺(tái),建立實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與可視化系統(tǒng)。圍繞這些研究?jī)?nèi)容,本文進(jìn)行了以下工作: (1)系統(tǒng)總結(jié)和分析了海量實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)有人口五要素?cái)?shù)據(jù)模型,以此為基礎(chǔ),探討了用于實(shí)有人口關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn)的抽象評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)建立了相應(yīng)的評(píng)分規(guī)則; (2)基于實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)模型,根據(jù)實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)源特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了基于五要素模型的實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu); (3)通過(guò)研究分析、對(duì)比與實(shí)踐,提出了“關(guān)系鏈”和“立方體”兩種基于GIS的實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)挖掘可視化模式,并按照各自的信息表達(dá)、模式特點(diǎn),提出了可行的設(shè)計(jì)方案: (4)在J2EE環(huán)境下,采用Struts+ Spring+ Hibernate框架,借用GeoServer地圖服務(wù),利用存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程等手段,設(shè)計(jì)了基于GIS的實(shí)有人口數(shù)據(jù)挖掘可視化系統(tǒng),并開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)有人口關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn)及其可視化功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the number of non-resident population in cities, such as the foreign population and foreign personnel, has increased rapidly. To a large extent, it has given the government population management, the construction of supporting services for the city, the management of public security, and so on. It brings great pressure and different challenges. Data and relationships between populations become complex and difficult to predict. Therefore, on the basis of effectively strengthening the management of real population information, how to discover the relationships between real populations through data mining, To further promote the efficient management and application of population information is an important issue facing the government and related departments. In order to meet the actual needs of the government and society, and to promote the research of the analysis and visualization of real population data, This paper focuses on the visualization model of real population data mining and its results. Firstly, it analyzes the characteristics of massive real population data, constructs the data model, and then discusses the evaluation index of the discovery of real population relationship. The corresponding scoring rules are constructed, and then the visualization expression model of population relationship and discovery results is designed. Finally, a real population data mining and visualization system is established with the help of GIS software platform. Around these research contents, this paper has carried on the following work: (1) summarizes and analyzes the massive real population data characteristic systematically, designs the real population five factor data model, takes this as the foundation, This paper discusses the abstract evaluation index used in the discovery of real population relationship, and establishes the corresponding scoring rules for the evaluation index. (2) based on the real population data model, according to the characteristics of the real population data source, The structure of the real population database table based on the five-element model is designed. In this paper, two kinds of visualization models of "relation chain" and "cube" based on GIS are proposed. According to their information expression and pattern characteristics, the feasible design scheme is put forward, which is based on J2EE. By using Struts Spring hibernate framework, using GeoServer map service and using stored procedure, a real population data mining visualization system based on GIS is designed and realized.
