【摘要】：在農(nóng)村人口老齡化不斷加深的背景下,其對土地流轉的影響也呈現(xiàn)出顯著的區(qū)域差異。本文利用中國家庭收入調查(CHIP)2013年在全國14個省份10370個農(nóng)戶的抽樣調查數(shù)據(jù),通過建立Tobit模型實證分析了農(nóng)村人口老齡化對土地流轉的影響,研究結果表明:中國農(nóng)村人口老齡化的標準與傳統(tǒng)勞動經(jīng)濟學的60歲標準有所差異,分65歲以上農(nóng)戶和60歲至65歲農(nóng)戶來研究農(nóng)村人口老齡化對土地流轉決策的影響是非常有必要的。從全國范圍和東中西部地區(qū)看,65歲以上農(nóng)戶對土地轉出有顯著的正向影響,對土地轉入有顯著的負向影響;60歲至65歲農(nóng)戶對土地轉出并沒有顯著影響,對土地轉入的影響具有顯著的區(qū)域差異,在東部地區(qū),60歲至65歲農(nóng)戶傾向于不轉入土地,在中部地區(qū)60歲至65歲農(nóng)戶更傾向于轉入土地�；诖�,本文提出農(nóng)村老齡化不斷加深的背景下東中西部地區(qū)差別化的土地流轉策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the aging of rural population, its influence on land circulation also presents significant regional differences. Based on the sample data of 10370 rural households in 14 provinces of China in 2013, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the aging of rural population on the land circulation through the establishment of Tobit model. The results show that there is a difference between the standard of aging of rural population in China and the standard of 60 years of age in traditional labor economics. It is necessary to study the influence of the aging of rural population on the decision-making of land circulation by dividing the farmers over 65 years old and farmers aged 60 to 65 years old. From the view of the whole country and the central and western regions, farmers over 65 have a significant positive effect on the land transfer, but there is a significant negative impact on the land transfer. There is no significant impact on the land transfer from the farmers aged 60 to 65. In the eastern region, farmers aged 60 to 65 tend not to transfer to land, and in the central region, farmers aged 60 to 65 are more inclined to transfer to land. Based on this, this paper puts forward the strategy of land transfer in east, west and west under the background of rural aging.
