【摘要】：正甘肅省華亭縣堅(jiān)持以人為本的服務(wù)理念,積極整合服務(wù)資源,依托幸福寓所服務(wù)陣地,探索構(gòu)建"1234"醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合新模式,有效解決了計(jì)劃生育特殊困難家庭的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題。突出一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。突出空巢老人這一重點(diǎn)人群,特別是計(jì)劃生育特殊困難家庭中的老人。建立兩種模式。一是在人口集中的城鎮(zhèn),建立醫(yī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)駐日間照料中心等新型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)模式。在硯峽鄉(xiāng)硯峽社區(qū)、東華街道辦事處東大街社區(qū)等老年人相對(duì)集中的城市社區(qū),建立規(guī)模較大的老人日間照料中心并設(shè)立衛(wèi)生室,由社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)
[Abstract]:Huating County in Gansu Province adheres to the people-oriented service concept, actively integrates service resources, relies on the service position of happy apartment, and explores the construction of a new model of "1234" combination of medicine and support.
