【摘要】：文章利用1982、1990、2000、2010年4次中國(guó)人口普查計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)和學(xué)者調(diào)整數(shù)據(jù),考察中國(guó)各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市(本文簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)各省(區(qū)、市))TFR和相應(yīng)年份HDI之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)各省(區(qū)、市)HDI迅速提高、地區(qū)差異不斷縮小,TFR不斷下降、地區(qū)差異也不斷縮小,HDI與TFR呈現(xiàn)負(fù)向關(guān)系,且這種經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)生育水平的抑制作用在逐漸降低。進(jìn)一步將各省(區(qū)、市)按生育政策類(lèi)型劃分后,各類(lèi)地區(qū)兩變量依然呈負(fù)相關(guān),并未出現(xiàn)尾部上翹或呈"反J型",盡管上海、北京、天津市在2010年的HDI已經(jīng)達(dá)到0.788以上的極高人類(lèi)發(fā)展水平。中國(guó)目前尚未達(dá)到類(lèi)似西方部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家生育水平隨經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展自動(dòng)回升的階段。如果政策不調(diào)整,全國(guó)各省(區(qū)、市)生育水平隨經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展還會(huì)繼續(xù)下降,尚未觸底,及時(shí)放開(kāi)政策能有效抑制TFR進(jìn)一步下降。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of four population censuses in China and the adjustment data of scholars in 1982 / 1990 / 2000 and 2010, this paper investigates the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China (this paper is referred to as the provinces (regions)). The relationship between TFR and HDI in the corresponding year shows that the HDI of the provinces (districts and cities) increases rapidly, the regional differences decrease and the regional differences decrease. There is a negative relationship between HDI and TFR, and the inhibitory effect of this kind of economic and social development on the fertility level is gradually decreasing. Further, the provinces (districts, municipalities) are divided according to the type of fertility policy. There is still a negative correlation between the two variables in various regions, with no tail upwardness or "anti-J-type", despite Shanghai and Beijing. In 2010, Tianjin's HDI had reached a very high level of human development above 0. 788. China has not yet reached the stage of automatic recovery with economic and social development, similar to that of some developed countries in the west. If the policy is not adjusted. With the development of economy and society, the fertility level of provinces (districts and cities) in China will continue to decline, but it has not reached the bottom yet. Opening policy in time can effectively restrain the further decline of TFR.
