【摘要】：正在傳媒方式越來越呈現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展的趨勢下,法律新聞因其在傳播過程中具有對合法權(quán)益予以保護(hù)、預(yù)防犯罪等不同于普通新聞的社會(huì)效應(yīng),而引起民眾的廣泛關(guān)注。法律新聞是最為關(guān)鍵的信息媒介,能夠進(jìn)行輿論引導(dǎo),同時(shí)也具有監(jiān)督反饋功能。因此,法律新聞具有更強(qiáng)的規(guī)則性與道德要求,在新聞傳播中,如何在重視傳播效應(yīng)的同時(shí),強(qiáng)化法律責(zé)任,堅(jiān)守法律準(zhǔn)則,使新聞傳播工作始終同弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)道德達(dá)到高度統(tǒng)一,這是媒體及新聞人應(yīng)高度重視
[Abstract]:Under the trend of diversified development of media, legal news has attracted wide attention because of its social effects, such as protecting legal rights and interests, preventing crime and so on, which are different from ordinary news in the process of communication. Legal news is the most critical information media, can guide public opinion, but also has the function of supervision and feedback. Therefore, legal news has stronger rules and moral requirements. In news communication, how to strengthen the legal responsibility and stick to the legal norms while paying attention to the effect of communication? It is necessary for the media and journalists to attach great importance to the unification of the work of news dissemination with the promotion of social morality.
