采用坐標綜合評定法優(yōu)化相思木硫酸鹽法制漿工藝

【摘要】:在正交實驗的基礎上,結合抄紙實驗,運用坐標綜合評定法確定了相思木硫酸鹽法制漿的最佳蒸煮條件。實驗結果表明,在用堿量15%(以Na2O計)、硫化度30%、液比1∶4、蒸煮最高溫度165℃、升溫時間60 min、保溫時間120 min的條件下進行硫酸鹽法蒸煮,所得紙漿得率52.25%,卡伯值17.9,黏度987.3 m L/g,裂斷長9.32 km,抗張指數93.6 N·m/g,撕裂指數10.0 m N·m2/g,耐破指數5.34 k Pa·m2/g。
[Abstract]:On the basis of orthogonal experiment and combining with paper-making experiment, the optimum cooking conditions of Acacia wood pulping by Kraft process were determined by using coordinate comprehensive evaluation method.
