【摘要】：正二十年前,在代表法出臺(tái)前夕,一位代表用"像盼望春天一樣盼望代表法的出臺(tái)"來(lái)抒發(fā)自己的激動(dòng)心情,曾引發(fā)了無(wú)數(shù)人大工作者的共鳴。二十年間,從1992年制定出臺(tái),2005年中央9號(hào)文件的政策充實(shí),到2010年的修正完善,這部如同春天般給我國(guó)代表工作注入生機(jī)和活力的法律,見證著人大工作發(fā)展的日新月異,折射出我國(guó)社會(huì)公眾民主法制意識(shí)的不斷攀升,彰顯著我國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)制度穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)的歷程。
[Abstract]:Just two decades ago, on the eve of the enactment of the Representative Law, one delegate expressed his excitement by "looking forward to the enactment of the Representative Law as if he were looking forward to the Spring," which has struck a chord with countless NPC workers. In the past 20 years, from the enactment in 1992, the policy enrichment of the Central Committee document No. 9 in 2005 to the revision and perfection in 2010, this law, which infuses vitality and vitality into the representative work of our country as a spring, witnessed the rapid development of the work of the people's Congress. It reflects the rising consciousness of democracy and legal system of the public in our country, and shows the steady progress of the system of the people's Congress of our country.
