【摘要】：全面深化公安改革以問題為導(dǎo)向,著力建設(shè)法治公安。但是,如何科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確理解法治公安的建設(shè)目標(biāo)、建設(shè)路線、建設(shè)措施,卻缺乏學(xué)科理論的支撐。在法學(xué)體系和公安學(xué)體系中,與法治公安建設(shè)相對應(yīng)的"公安法學(xué)"處于碎片化和初創(chuàng)階段,而已有的警察法學(xué)又無法替代公安法學(xué)。加強以法治公安發(fā)展規(guī)律為研究對象的公安法學(xué)建設(shè)迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:We should deepen the reform of public security in an all-round way and focus on building public security by law. However, how to scientifically and accurately understand the construction goal, construction route and construction measures of public security under the rule of law lacks the support of discipline theory. In the legal system and the public security science system, the "public security law" corresponding to the construction of the public security under the rule of law is in the stage of fragmentation and start-up, and the existing police jurisprudence cannot replace the public security jurisprudence. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of public security law.
