縮合法制備高黏度苯甲基硅油的研究

【摘要】:正以二苯基二甲氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷為原料,制備了高黏度的苯甲基硅油,并研究了原料配比和聚合時間對苯甲基硅油折光率和黏度的影響。研究表明:隨二苯基二甲氧基硅烷用量增大,苯甲基硅油的折光率升高;當(dāng)聚合時間小于2 h時,黏度隨時間的增大而增大;當(dāng)聚合時間大于2 h時,苯甲基硅油的黏度趨于穩(wěn)定。0前言苯甲基硅油是甲基硅油中部分甲基被苯基取代后的產(chǎn)物,具有耐高溫、耐輻照、潤滑性和高折射率等優(yōu)點,在航空航天、船舶汽車、電子電氣、輕工
[Abstract]:Benzene methyl silicone oil with high viscosity was prepared from diphenyl dimethoxy silane and dimethyl diethoxy silane. The effects of the ratio of raw materials and polymerization time on the refractive index and viscosity of benzene methyl silicone oil were studied. The results show that the refractive index of benzyl silicone oil increases with the increase of diphenyl dimethoxy silane content, the viscosity increases with the increase of polymerization time when the polymerization time is less than 2 h, and when the polymerization time is more than 2 h, The viscosity of benzene methyl silicone oil tends to stabilize. 1.
