旋轉直管澆注法制備A356鋁合金半固態(tài)漿料

【摘要】:采用旋轉直管澆注法制備A356鋁合金半固態(tài)漿料,在不同澆注溫度和轉速下進行了系列試驗,并與直管法進行了對比分析。結果表明,在不同轉速條件下,澆注溫度越低,得到的漿料凝固組織晶粒尺寸就越小,顆粒球化程度越高。與直管法相比,同一工藝參數(shù)下,旋轉直管法制備的坯料的晶粒更為細小和圓整,并且隨著旋轉速度的增加,可得到理想漿料組織的澆鑄溫度區(qū)間也隨之增大。本實驗條件下,當轉速為300r/mim時,澆注溫度為670℃也能得到較理想的半固態(tài)凝固組織。
[Abstract]:A356 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by rotating straight tube casting method. A series of experiments were carried out at different pouring temperature and rotation speed, and the results were compared with that of the straight tube method. The results show that the lower the pouring temperature, the smaller the grain size and the higher the degree of spheroidization. Compared with the straight tube method, the grain size of the billet prepared by the rotating straight tube method is smaller and more round than that of the straight tube method, and the casting temperature range of the ideal slurry structure increases with the increase of the rotating speed. Under the experimental conditions, the ideal semi-solid solidification structure can be obtained when the rotational speed is 300r/mim and the pouring temperature is 670 鈩,
