【摘要】：規(guī)則意識(shí)是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)與民主法治發(fā)展的精神動(dòng)力,是新時(shí)期道德秩序與法治秩序的內(nèi)在支撐,是現(xiàn)代法治文明和道德文明的主要價(jià)值理念。規(guī)則本身包含制度層面的法律規(guī)則和道德層面的社會(huì)公德。將規(guī)則意識(shí)置于法治社會(huì)框架中,將規(guī)則意識(shí)培育放在如何滿足主體需要和人的全面發(fā)展角度來考量,使規(guī)則所體現(xiàn)的法理要求與倫理要求相一致,在底線意義上維系并推動(dòng)整個(gè)社會(huì)法治與道德水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Rule consciousness is the spiritual motive force of the development of market economy and democratic rule of law. It is the internal support of the moral order and the rule of law in the new period. It is the main value concept of the modern rule of law civilization and moral civilization. The rule itself contains the legal rules of the system level and the social morality in the moral level. The cultivation of rule consciousness is considered in the perspective of how to meet the needs of the main body and the all-round development of people, to make the legal requirements embodied in the rules consistent with the ethical requirements, and to maintain and promote the promotion of the rule of law and the moral level of the whole society in the sense of the bottom line.
