【摘要】：我國在實(shí)踐“依法治國”基本方略的歷史新時(shí)期,關(guān)于法制建設(shè)和法制動(dòng)態(tài)的新聞報(bào)道已深入到社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。法制新聞報(bào)道涉及國家的法制活動(dòng),涉及人民群眾普遍關(guān)注的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)、焦點(diǎn)問題,需要具有嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和依據(jù)。法制新聞報(bào)道著重于傳播法律知識,弘揚(yáng)法律意識和倡導(dǎo)法治精神,強(qiáng)調(diào)法律對社會(huì)秩序的規(guī)范功能,強(qiáng)調(diào)法律對公眾各項(xiàng)權(quán)利的保護(hù)。作為專業(yè)性很強(qiáng)的新聞報(bào)道,它應(yīng)與法律活動(dòng)緊密結(jié)合起來,密切關(guān)注社會(huì)生活各方面的法律現(xiàn)象和法治問題。 本文從我國法制新聞報(bào)道的發(fā)展歷程入手,以各類法制新聞報(bào)道材料為文本,通過綜合梳理我國法制新聞報(bào)道的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在我國構(gòu)建民主、法治社會(huì)進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮的重要輿論引導(dǎo)和教育作用。同時(shí),指出目前我國各級各類新聞媒體在法制新聞報(bào)道過程中出現(xiàn)的一些不容忽視的問題,總結(jié)我國法制新聞報(bào)道的缺陷和不足。通過對報(bào)道中存在問題的總結(jié)和反思,研究我國新聞媒體在法制新聞宣傳報(bào)道方面面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和切實(shí)可行的改革方案,以期協(xié)調(diào)好新聞報(bào)道與司法活動(dòng)之間的關(guān)系,使法制新聞報(bào)道起到更權(quán)威的宣傳法治精神的作用,滿足廣大人民群眾的需求,營造出健康、積極、公平、公正、合理的法律宣傳輿論氛圍,推進(jìn)我國法治社會(huì)的建設(shè)。 全文主要分為三個(gè)部分。 第一部分是我國法制新聞報(bào)道的發(fā)展概述,通過全面回顧我國法制新聞的萌芽、法制新聞報(bào)道的興起及發(fā)展過程,指出法制新聞報(bào)道的覆蓋范圍和主要內(nèi)容,由此發(fā)現(xiàn)法制新聞報(bào)道的歷史意義和巨大影響力,并且提出法制新聞報(bào)道的重要作用和它的核心價(jià)值。 第二部分是我國法制新聞報(bào)道的現(xiàn)狀總結(jié),首先對我國新時(shí)期各類法制新聞報(bào)道呈現(xiàn)出的典型特征作了深入研究,強(qiáng)調(diào)其與一般社會(huì)新聞報(bào)道的區(qū)別,再通過對電視、報(bào)紙、雜志、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等幾種主要媒介在法制新聞報(bào)道方面的情況分析,總結(jié)出我國法制新聞報(bào)道領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的主要問題,并對這些問題出現(xiàn)的原因進(jìn)行了深刻分析。 第三部分是我國法制新聞報(bào)道的趨勢展望,首先指出法制新聞報(bào)道要具備嚴(yán)格的法制屬性,接著從十個(gè)個(gè)方面對法制新聞報(bào)道的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了多角度的深入研究,對它的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了充分展望,以期推動(dòng)我國法制新聞報(bào)道事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period of practicing the basic strategy of "governing the country according to law", the news reports on the construction of the legal system and the dynamics of the legal system have penetrated into all fields of social life. The legal news reports involve the legal activities of the country. Concerning the social hot spots and issues of general concern to the masses of the people, they need to have strict standards and bases. Legal news reports focus on disseminating legal knowledge, promoting legal awareness and advocating the spirit of the rule of law. Emphasizing the normative function of law on social order and the protection of public rights by law. As a highly professional news report, it should be closely integrated with legal activities. Pay close attention to the legal phenomenon and the rule of law in all aspects of social life. This paper begins with the development of legal news reports in China, takes various kinds of legal news reports as texts, and finds that they are building democracy in our country by comprehensively combing the history and present situation of legal news reports in our country. The important role of public opinion guidance and education in the process of the rule of law society. At the same time, it points out some problems that can not be ignored in the process of legal news reporting in all kinds of news media at all levels in our country. Through the summary and reflection of the problems existing in the reporting, the paper studies the challenges faced by the Chinese news media in the field of legal news publicity and reporting. And put forward a practical and feasible reform plan, in order to coordinate the relationship between news reports and judicial activities, to make the legal news reports play a more authoritative role in publicizing the spirit of the rule of law, and to meet the needs of the broad masses of the people. To create a healthy, positive, fair, fair and reasonable legal publicity atmosphere, to promote the construction of our country's rule of law society. The full text is divided into three parts. The first part is an overview of the development of legal news reports in China. Through a comprehensive review of the germination of legal news in China, the rise and development of legal news reports, the coverage and main content of legal news reports are pointed out. This paper finds out the historical significance and great influence of legal news report, and puts forward the important role and core value of legal news report. The second part is the summary of the current situation of the legal news report in our country. Firstly, the typical characteristics of the various legal news reports in the new period of our country are deeply studied, and the differences between them and the general social news reports are emphasized, and then through the television, the newspaper, This paper summarizes the main problems in the field of legal news reporting in China, and makes a profound analysis on the causes of these problems. The third part is the trend outlook of the legal news report in our country. Firstly, it points out that the legal news report should have strict legal attributes, and then makes a multi-angle and in-depth study on the development trend of the legal news report from ten aspects. In order to promote the development of China's legal news reporting, the development direction of it is fully prospected.
