【摘要】：習近平法治反腐思想的提出是應對當前反腐敗斗爭形勢發(fā)展的迫切需要,是我黨反腐敗理論和實踐的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,也是貫徹落實"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局的必然選擇。其核心理念可以概括為:"權為民賦、權為民用"的宗旨和公仆意識,"紅線不碰、底線勿越"的法治觀念,"依法治權、從嚴管權"的反腐理念,"有腐必懲、有貪必肅"的堅定信念。在上述理念的指引下,形成了以"果斷打虎、高頻滅蠅"為先導,以"扎牢鐵籠、狠抓落實"為重心,以"抓關鍵少數、以上率下"為路徑,以"強化意識、筑牢防線"為保障的踐行邏輯,標志著新時代反腐敗工作從治標向治本并實現標本兼治的模式轉變,對于全面提升我國反腐倡廉建設法治化水平具有重大指導價值。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's idea of rule of law and anti-corruption is an urgent need to deal with the current situation of anti-corruption struggle, and it is also an innovative development of our party's anti-corruption theory and practice. It is also the inevitable choice to carry out the "four comprehensive" strategic layout. Its core idea can be summarized as follows: "right for the people, power for civilian" purpose and public servant consciousness, "red line does not touch, the bottom line do not cross" concept of the rule of law. The anti-corruption concept of "administering power according to law, strictly governing power," and the firm belief that "there is corruption and punishment as well as corruption will be purged," under the guidance of the above ideas, has led to the formation of a "decisive fight against tigers, high frequency to kill flies," and "fastening iron cages." Take "grasping the key few, under the above rate" as the path, take "strengthen the consciousness, build the defense line" as the practice logic. It marks the transformation of anti-corruption work in the new era from treating the symptoms to the root causes and realizing the treatment of both the symptoms and the symptoms. It is of great guiding value to comprehensively promote the level of rule of law in the construction of anti-corruption and clean government in China.
