【摘要】：成人教育基本原則是成人教育有效管理的基本要求,民主法制原則作為成人教育管理的基本原則之一,在成人教育管理中有著重要的作用和意義。文中首先通過對(duì)成人教育管理的民主法制原則進(jìn)行概念界定,進(jìn)而分析了成人教育管理中貫徹民主法制原則的必要性和重要意義,最后從教職工與學(xué)員的實(shí)際需求、教職工與學(xué)員組織機(jī)構(gòu)、成人教育管理者制度以及學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用相關(guān)法律法規(guī)幾個(gè)方面著手,提出了在成人教育管理中具體運(yùn)用民主法制原則時(shí)應(yīng)該遵循的基本要求。
[Abstract]:The basic principle of adult education is the basic requirement of the effective management of adult education, and the principle of democracy and legal system is one of the basic principles of adult education management. In adult education management has an important role and significance. First of all, through the adult education management of democratic and legal principles to define the concept. Then it analyzes the necessity and significance of implementing the principle of democracy and legal system in the management of adult education. Finally, it analyzes the actual needs of the teaching staff and the students, and the organization and organization of the staff and students. The system of adult education administrator and the study and application of relevant laws and regulations are carried out, and the basic requirements for the application of democratic and legal principles in the management of adult education are put forward.
