【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨是國家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力量,對中國社會的發(fā)展負有基礎(chǔ)性責(zé)任。"小康社會"理論的發(fā)展和實踐伴隨著黨對"三大規(guī)律"的認識不斷深入成為中國特色社會主義理論體系的重要組成部分。全面建成小康社會深刻反映了中國共產(chǎn)黨"以人為本"執(zhí)政理念發(fā)展和實踐的運行理路,體現(xiàn)了黨和國家發(fā)展過程中制度成長的邏輯。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China is the core leading force in the country's modernization drive and bears fundamental responsibility for the development of Chinese society. " With the development and practice of the theory of "well-off society", the Party's understanding of the "three laws" has become an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Building a well-off society in an all-round way deeply reflects the development and practice of the CPC's "people-oriented" ruling concept, and reflects the logic of institutional growth in the course of the development of the Party and the country.
