晚年馬克思學(xué)術(shù)視野中的“公社及其土地制度”辨析——為先前兩個學(xué)術(shù)論斷所作的辯護(hù)

【摘要】：《再論馬克思"柯瓦列夫斯基筆記"的主題》一文提出兩個學(xué)術(shù)論斷:晚年馬克思對柯瓦列夫斯基《公社土地占有制》一書的讀書筆記,其學(xué)術(shù)視野中的"公社"是一個微型的、濃縮的原始社會,是原始社會的細(xì)胞形態(tài),"公社"的土地制度本質(zhì)上是一種"原始社會的土地制度";筆記對印度、阿爾及利亞、美洲的公社及其土地制度的歷史演變、衰落與解體過程及與此問題緊密關(guān)聯(lián)的土地私有制的起源、形成,公社中私有土地的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展問題的探討,分別屬于"原始社會研究"、"文明起源研究"的范疇。本文為這兩個學(xué)術(shù)論斷做了積極辯護(hù),直接回應(yīng)了讀者閱讀《再論馬克思"柯瓦列夫斯基筆記"的主題》一文可能產(chǎn)生的疑問。本文重申:晚年馬克思對柯瓦列夫斯基《公社土地占有制》一書所作的讀書筆記,其主題、主旨并非探索"東方落后國家的發(fā)展道路、未來前景問題",而是探索"原始社會、文明起源問題"。澄清這一點,有助于合理認(rèn)識該筆記的學(xué)術(shù)價值、歷史地位,還原馬克思晚年思想、晚年探索的本來面目。
[Abstract]:On the theme of Marx's Notes of Kovarevsky, two academic conclusions are put forward: Marx's notes on Kovarewski's book "Land tenure in the Commune" in his late years, The "commune" in his academic field of vision is a miniature, concentrated primitive society and the cell form of the primitive society. The land system of the "commune" is essentially a "primitive society's land system". Notes on the historical evolution of communes and their land systems in India, Algeria and America, the process of decline and disintegration and the origin and formation of private ownership of land closely related to this issue, the emergence and development of private land in communes, They belong to the category of primitive society study and civilization origin study. This paper actively defends these two academic arguments and directly responds to the questions that may arise from the reader's reading the theme of Marx's Notes of Kovarewski. This paper reiterates that the theme of Marx's notes on the land tenure of the commune in his late years is not to explore "the way of development of the backward countries in the East, the problems of the future prospects", but to explore "the primitive society." The Origin of Civilization. To clarify this point is helpful to understand the academic value and historical status of the note, to restore Marx's thoughts in his old age and to explore his true features in his later years.
