馬克思市民社會(huì)理論及其當(dāng)代意義

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)社會(huì)正經(jīng)歷著深刻的社會(huì)變革,國(guó)家與社會(huì)關(guān)系不斷表現(xiàn)出新的特點(diǎn)。如何根據(jù)不斷變化的形勢(shì)實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家與社會(huì)的互動(dòng),發(fā)揮各自管理社會(huì)生活的職能,提高社會(huì)運(yùn)行效率,保證社會(huì)良性運(yùn)行,是我國(guó)社會(huì)建設(shè)過(guò)程中始終堅(jiān)持探索的目標(biāo)。馬克思市民社會(huì)理論主要研究了國(guó)家與市民社會(huì)關(guān)系問(wèn)題,是馬克思主義學(xué)說(shuō)所包含的重要內(nèi)容,在當(dāng)今背景下挖掘馬克思市民社會(huì)理論對(duì)于我們今天的社會(huì)建設(shè)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。馬克思市民社會(huì)理論主要是在批判近代市民社會(huì)理論,尤其是黑格爾市民社會(huì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上形成的。馬克思繼承了黑格爾市民社會(huì)理論中國(guó)家與市民社會(huì)分離的觀點(diǎn),明確區(qū)分了國(guó)家與市民社會(huì)。通過(guò)在哲學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的深入研究,馬克思批判了黑格爾將國(guó)家置于市民社會(huì)之上、國(guó)家決定市民社會(huì)的觀點(diǎn),最終形成市民社會(huì)是國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)并決定國(guó)家的理論。馬克思通過(guò)一系列論述對(duì)市民社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)地位進(jìn)行了肯定,,但也指出市民社會(huì)因?qū)λ嚼赃^(guò)分追逐使其自身也存在一些缺陷,內(nèi)部存在一些矛盾,這些缺陷和矛盾可以通過(guò)國(guó)家來(lái)得到一定程度的克服與解決,所以國(guó)家與市民社會(huì)二者間不是完全對(duì)立的。市民社會(huì)缺陷想要達(dá)到徹底克服,就需要進(jìn)行解放。政治解放使國(guó)家與市民社會(huì)得以分離,使市民社會(huì)獲得了平等的政治地位,但政治解放沒(méi)能完全克服市民社會(huì)自身不足,只有人類解放才能達(dá)到對(duì)市民社會(huì)徹底克服,使每個(gè)人的自由發(fā)展成為一切人的自由發(fā)展的條件成為可能。
[Abstract]:At present, the society of our country is undergoing profound social transformation, and the state-social relationship is constantly showing new characteristics. How to realize the interaction between the state and society according to the changing situation, how to exert their respective functions of managing social life, how to improve the efficiency of social operation, and how to ensure the benign operation of society is the goal of our country's social construction. Marx's theory of civil society mainly studies the social relationship between the state and the citizen, which is an important part of Marxist theory. Excavating Marx's civil society theory in the present background has important guiding significance for our social construction today. Marx's civil society theory was formed on the basis of criticizing modern civil society theory, especially Hegel's civil society theory. Marx inherited Hegel's theory of civil society that the state was separated from the civil society and clearly distinguished the state from the civil society. Through in-depth research in the field of philosophy and economics, Marx criticized Hegel for putting the state above the civil society, the view that the state determines the civil society, and finally the theory that civil society is the foundation of the state and determines the state. Marx affirmed the basic position of the civil society through a series of expositions, but also pointed out that the civil society had some defects and contradictions because of its excessive pursuit of private interests. These defects and contradictions can be overcome and solved to a certain extent by the state, so the state and the civil society are not completely opposite. In order to overcome the defects of civil society, we need to be liberated. Political liberation separates the state from the civil society and makes the civil society gain equal political status. However, the political liberation can not completely overcome the shortcomings of the civil society itself. Only the liberation of human beings can completely overcome the civil society. It is possible to make the free development of every human being the condition of free development of all human beings.
