【摘要】：胡錦濤作為中共中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的核心成員,他在倡導(dǎo)構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會和全面建設(shè)小康社會的過程中,在主管共青團工作以來,非常重視青年的教育與培養(yǎng),非常重視青年工作和青年運動,他曾多次強調(diào)青年是國家和民族的希望,黨和國家的未來是屬于廣大青年,黨和國家的未來很大程度上取決于青年的努力和擔(dān)當(dāng)。胡錦濤的青年工作理論作為指導(dǎo)當(dāng)代青年工作最有力的思想武器,是在繼承和發(fā)展以往馬克思主義青年工作思想的基礎(chǔ)上,從青年工作要培育青年健康成長的良好環(huán)境、關(guān)注青年特點、服務(wù)與教育青年相結(jié)合、注重青年在改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)中的突出作用、創(chuàng)新青年二工作內(nèi)容、方法、原則、途徑等多個方面。本文主要由四個部分組成： 第一部分：本章從探討青年及其青年工作的內(nèi)涵入手,繼而詳細地歸納和分析了胡錦濤青年工作理論形成和發(fā)展的歷程。 第二部分：本章從胡錦濤青年工作理論形成和發(fā)展的理論淵源得出胡錦濤青年工作理論是馬克思主義青年工作觀在當(dāng)代中國的運用和發(fā)展,是被實踐和理論證明了關(guān)于青年運動、青年工作的重大思想。 第三部分：胡錦濤青年工作理論的內(nèi)容。本章是全文的主要部分,主要體現(xiàn)在：胡錦濤青年工作理論是馬克思主義理論與為人民服務(wù)的重要結(jié)合,具體是堅持以社會主義核心價值體系為核心；堅持以為人民服務(wù)與為社會主義服務(wù)為中心；堅持以培養(yǎng)“四個新一代”為目標(biāo)；堅持以加強和改進青年思想政治工作為重點；堅持繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)與銳意創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合、堅持解決思想問題與解決實際問題相結(jié)合。 第四部分：胡錦濤青年工作理論價值評析。本章從三個方面概述了胡錦濤青年工作理論的突出貢獻即胡錦濤青年工作理論是保證青年積極投身社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)順利進行的重要思想指南、胡錦濤青年工作理論是增強青年工作針對性、實效性的重要理論武器、胡錦濤青年工作理論是促進青年全面發(fā)展和個性發(fā)展的重要精神法寶三個方面。
[Abstract]:Hu Jintao, as the core member of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee, in the process of advocating the construction of a harmonious socialist society and building a well-off society in an all-round way, has attached great importance to the education and training of young people since he took charge of the work of the Communist Youth League. Attaching great importance to the work of youth and the youth movement, he has stressed on many occasions that youth are the hope of the country and the nation, and that the future of the Party and the country belongs to the vast majority of young people. The future of the Party and the country depends to a large extent on the efforts and responsibilities of young people. Hu Jintao's theory of youth work is the most powerful ideological weapon for guiding contemporary youth work. On the basis of inheriting and developing the thought of Marxist youth work in the past, we should cultivate a good environment for young people to grow up healthily, pay attention to the characteristics of young people, and combine service with educating young people. Pay attention to the outstanding role of youth in the cause of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and innovate the contents, methods, principles and ways of the youth's second job. This paper mainly consists of four parts:. The first part: this chapter discusses the connotation of youth and its work, and then summarizes and analyzes the formation and development of Hu Jintao's theory of youth work in detail. The second part: from the formation and development of Hu Jintao's theory of youth work, the author draws a conclusion that the theory of youth work of Hu Jintao is the application and development of Marxist view of youth work in contemporary China. It is proved by practice and theory about youth movement, youth work important thought. The third part: the content of Hu Jintao's theory of youth work. This chapter is the main part of the paper, which is mainly embodied in the fact that the theory of Hu Jintao's youth work is an important combination of Marxist theory and serving the people. Specifically, we should take the socialist core value system as the core, persist in serving the people and socialism as the center, persist in the cultivation of the "four new generations" as the goal, persist in strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of the youth, and strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the youth. Stick to the combination of inheriting fine tradition and keen innovation, solving ideological problems and solving practical problems. Part four: the theoretical value of Hu Jintao's youth work. This chapter summarizes the outstanding contribution of Hu Jintao's theory of youth work from three aspects, that is, the theory of Hu Jintao's youth work is to ensure young people's active participation in socialist modernization. An important ideological guide for the smooth development of the project, Hu Jintao's theory of youth work is an important theoretical weapon to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of youth work, and the theory of youth work is an important spiritual weapon to promote the all-round development of youth and the development of personality.
