【摘要】：黨的作風關系黨的形象,關系人心向背,關系黨和國家的生死存亡。黨的十八大以來,習近平總書記就加強黨的作風建設發(fā)表了一系列重要講話,強調(diào)建立一整套科學合理的法規(guī)制度,推動作風建設常態(tài)化和長效化。黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動為完善貫徹落實黨的群眾路線的保障機制提供了豐富經(jīng)驗,基于此,進一步思考如何完善貫徹落實黨的群眾路線的保障機制,從而把作風建設不斷引向深入和努力實現(xiàn)作風根本性轉(zhuǎn)變,具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The Party's style of work is related to the image of the party, to the people's feelings, to the life and death of the party and the state. Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important speeches on strengthening the construction of the party's style of work. Emphasizing the establishment of a set of scientific and reasonable laws and regulations, and promoting the construction of the style of work on a regular and long-term basis. The Party's mass line education practice provides rich experience in perfecting and implementing the party's mass line guarantee mechanism. It is of great significance to further consider how to perfect and implement the guarantee mechanism of carrying out the mass line of the Party so as to guide the construction of the style of work in depth and make great efforts to realize the fundamental transformation of the style of work.
