【摘要】：列寧在借鑒馬克思恩格斯無產(chǎn)階級政黨建設(shè)的同時,結(jié)合列寧革命時期的實踐經(jīng)驗,在俄國面對的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)上,建立起了第一個取得執(zhí)政地位的無產(chǎn)階級政黨——俄國共產(chǎn)黨(布爾什維克)(簡稱俄共(布))。列寧就如何建立一個新型的合格的無產(chǎn)階級政黨進(jìn)行了不懈的探索,最終形成了列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想。這不僅是對馬克思主義無產(chǎn)階級政黨建設(shè)思想的豐富和發(fā)展,也為其他國家無產(chǎn)階級政黨提供了經(jīng)驗借鑒。將世界上第一個無產(chǎn)階級執(zhí)政黨的經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),對馬克思主義無產(chǎn)階級執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想體系的構(gòu)建有重要意義,而且為同樣經(jīng)歷過革命與建設(shè)的中國共產(chǎn)黨“全面從嚴(yán)治黨”提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗,也對我們建設(shè)中國特色社會主義有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文綜合運用文獻(xiàn)研究和歷史與邏輯相統(tǒng)一等方法,堅持在歷史唯物主義與辯證唯物主義的指導(dǎo)下,力圖準(zhǔn)確梳理列寧領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工人運動進(jìn)行革命到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)俄共(布)進(jìn)行執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)的實踐活動,在整體上較為系統(tǒng)的分析歸納列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)的主要思想內(nèi)容。鑒于此,本文主要從三個方面來論述:首先是列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想的理論淵源與現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ);其次是歸納列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想的發(fā)展歷程、主要內(nèi)容及歷史地位;最后是列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想對當(dāng)前中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政建設(shè)的啟示。本文在闡述列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想主要內(nèi)容的同時,從中國的實際出發(fā),學(xué)習(xí)列寧執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)的寶貴經(jīng)驗,不斷豐富和發(fā)展無產(chǎn)階級執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想,對中國共產(chǎn)黨在加強黨的思想、制度、純潔性、執(zhí)政能力及踐行群眾路線方面提出有針對性的建議,全面從嚴(yán)治黨,將黨的建設(shè)不斷向前推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Lenin, while drawing lessons from the construction of Marx and Engels proletarian party, combined with Lenin's practical experience in the revolutionary period, on the basis of the reality faced by Russia. The Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik), the first proletarian party to gain power, was founded. Lenin made unremitting explorations on how to establish a new qualified proletarian party. It is not only the enrichment and development of Marxist proletarian party construction thought, but also the formation of Lenin's ruling party construction thought. It also provides experience for other proletarian political parties and sums up the experiences and lessons of the first proletarian ruling party in the world. It is of great significance to the construction of the ideological system of the ruling party of the Marxist proletariat, and it provides valuable experience for the Communist Party of China which has also experienced revolution and construction. It is also of great practical significance for us to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper comprehensively applies the methods of literature research and the unification of history and logic to adhere to the guidance of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. Trying to accurately comb Lenin led the workers' movement for revolution to lead the Russian Communist Party (Brazzaville) in the construction of the ruling party's practical activities. On the whole, the main contents of Lenin's ruling party construction are systematically analyzed and summarized. In view of this, this paper mainly discusses from three aspects: first, the theoretical origin and practical basis of Lenin's ruling party construction thought; Secondly, it summarizes the development course, main content and historical status of Lenin's ruling party construction thought. Finally, it is the enlightenment of Lenin's ruling party construction thought to the current CPC ruling construction. This paper expounds the main content of Lenin's ruling party construction thought, and starts from the reality of China at the same time. Learning from Lenin's valuable experience in the construction of the ruling party and constantly enriching and developing the proletarian ruling party's construction thought, the Communist Party of China is strengthening the Party's thought, system, purity. In the aspect of ruling ability and carrying out the mass line, the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions, runs the party strictly in an all-round way, and advances the party building continuously.
