【摘要】：群眾路線是中國共產(chǎn)黨的基本工作路線,是黨的三大優(yōu)良作風(fēng)之一。大學(xué)生黨員作為高校學(xué)生這一群體中的積極分子,是黨內(nèi)的新生力量,是黨員隊(duì)伍中最具生氣與活力的群體,積極探索大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的機(jī)制對(duì)于推進(jìn)全面從嚴(yán)治黨,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)黨的十八大確定的奮斗目標(biāo),對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng)都具有非常重要的意義。本文以黨員隊(duì)伍中的特色群體,大學(xué)生黨員為切入點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)對(duì)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的機(jī)制建構(gòu)問題進(jìn)行探討和思考。文章從梳理該領(lǐng)域研究現(xiàn)狀入手,與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合,在整理關(guān)于大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制在運(yùn)行過程中取得的成績(jī)、存在的問題及其存在問題的原因。從系統(tǒng)論的角度切入,力求推進(jìn)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線工作的經(jīng)�；�、制度化與規(guī)范化,形成大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的目標(biāo)機(jī)制、實(shí)施機(jī)制、整改機(jī)制、保障機(jī)制等方面的機(jī)制鏈,從而最后實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的良好運(yùn)行和長(zhǎng)期有效。本文由五個(gè)部分構(gòu)成:第一部分,緒論。該部分首先從理論意義、實(shí)用價(jià)值兩個(gè)方面介紹了本文的選題緣由及意義,其次從關(guān)于群眾路線內(nèi)涵的研究、關(guān)于大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線意義的研究、關(guān)于大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線現(xiàn)狀的研究、關(guān)于大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線實(shí)踐路徑的研究幾個(gè)方面歸納了本文的文獻(xiàn)綜述,最后提出了本文的研究思路和方法。第二部分,大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的機(jī)制概述。該部分首先闡釋了大學(xué)生黨員、群眾路線、機(jī)制與制度、體制的內(nèi)涵,然后分析了建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的必要性,最后指出了建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的可行性。這是本文研究的起點(diǎn)。第三部分,大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制運(yùn)行的現(xiàn)狀分析。該部分在分析調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先指出了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制在運(yùn)行過程中取得的成績(jī),其次指出了大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制在運(yùn)行過程中存在的問題,最后分析了大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制存在問題的原因。這是全文研究的難點(diǎn)之一。第四部分,大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制建構(gòu)的基本思路。在這個(gè)部分中首先分析了大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的特點(diǎn),其次指出了大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的功能,再次闡述了大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制建構(gòu)的基本原則,最后說明了大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)模式。這是全文研究的重點(diǎn)之一。第五部分,大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制建構(gòu)的基本途徑。建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線機(jī)制的主要措施包括建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的目標(biāo)機(jī)制、建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的實(shí)施機(jī)制、建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的整改機(jī)制和建構(gòu)大學(xué)生黨員踐行群眾路線的保障機(jī)制。這是全文的歸宿,也既是全文研究的重點(diǎn),又是全文研究的難點(diǎn)。
