隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的中國企業(yè)了解到國外先進的企業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗。因此,“管理英語”已成為各國之間交流先進管理理念必不可少的紐帶。作為企業(yè)管理的關(guān)鍵要素,組織溝通已成為員工精神培育和行為指導的重中之重�！禝ABC組織溝通手冊:內(nèi)部溝通、公共關(guān)系、市場營銷和領(lǐng)導力指南》是國際商業(yè)傳播者協(xié)會（IABC）編寫的。譯者選擇這本書的第二章和第三章作為翻譯的原文本。作為信息型文本,原文本中有大量的邏輯連詞,并且在語篇銜接中起著重要的作用。因此,譯者以紐馬克的交際翻譯理論為指導,著重分析管理學英語中邏輯連詞的翻譯技巧,即通過保留連接詞、轉(zhuǎn)換連接詞、省略連接詞和增補連接詞等方式,盡可能地使目的語讀者與原語讀者有相同的閱讀體驗,以實現(xiàn)交際目的。
