【摘要】：組合結(jié)構(gòu)與收斂結(jié)構(gòu)的區(qū)分是非形式邏輯領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)核心問(wèn)題,是論證結(jié)構(gòu)研究的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),一直以來(lái)都沒(méi)有得到合理解決。2011年美國(guó)學(xué)者弗里曼在反思已有區(qū)分方案的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了以“中介要素”為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的解決方案。該方案揭示了既有方案存在的問(wèn)題及其錯(cuò)誤根源,通過(guò)語(yǔ)法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的設(shè)立為困擾學(xué)界已久的組合與收斂結(jié)構(gòu)的區(qū)分問(wèn)題提供了一條新的解決思路。該方案的不足在于無(wú)法合理解釋收斂結(jié)構(gòu)中推論規(guī)則的識(shí)別問(wèn)題,而且,有時(shí)還會(huì)導(dǎo)致違反直覺(jué)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The distinction between combinatorial structure and convergent structure is a core problem in the field of informal logic, which is the focus and difficulty in the research of argumentation structure. In 2011, American scholar Freeman, on the basis of reflecting on the existing differentiation schemes, put forward a solution based on "intermediary elements". The scheme reveals the problems existing in the existing schemes and the root causes of their errors, and provides a new way to solve the problem of distinguishing existing schemes from convergent structures through the establishment of grammatical standards. The shortcoming of this scheme is that it can not reasonably explain the problem of identifying inference rules in convergence structure, and sometimes it will lead to counterintuitive conclusions.
