【摘要】：論文利用移民政治理論對20世紀(jì)后期美國與澳大利亞的移民政策進(jìn)行比較,并對其差異性進(jìn)行了分析。認(rèn)為這兩個主要的移民國家都推行了限制性移民政策,但因其移民政治中的"利益導(dǎo)向",受"權(quán)利"的制約程度以及移民政策制定程序的不同,從而導(dǎo)致兩國的移民政策無論在內(nèi)容上還是在實(shí)際收效上都出現(xiàn)了巨大的差別。據(jù)此可以預(yù)測兩國未來移民政策的趨勢:美國將繼續(xù)在自由主義的道路上前行,而澳大利亞卻可以根據(jù)國內(nèi)外政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的變化靈活地調(diào)整移民政策。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the immigration policies of the United States and Australia in the late 20th century with the theory of immigration politics, and analyzes the differences between them. Considering that both major immigration countries have pursued restrictive immigration policies, but because of their "interest orientation" in immigration politics, the extent to which they are restricted by "rights" and the procedures for formulating immigration policies, As a result, the immigration policies of the two countries differ greatly both in content and in practical effect. On this basis, we can predict the trend of the future immigration policy of the two countries: the United States will continue to move forward on the path of liberalism, while Australia can flexibly adjust its immigration policy to the changes in the political and economic situation at home and abroad.
