中美警察公共關系比較研究——以合肥市公安局和俄勒岡州警方為例

【摘要】：隨著改革開放的不斷深化,各種社會矛盾日益凸顯,涉及警察的危機事件也呈現(xiàn)出上升趨勢,尤其在新媒體時代下,其傳播的速度更快、范圍更廣、影響更大。警察公共關系作為公安機關化解危機不可或缺的"軟實力",也越來越受到相關部門的重視。現(xiàn)階段,與美國、英國等警察制度相對成熟的國家相比,我國警察危機公關還處于起步階段,還有諸多需要完善的地方。筆者運用查閱資料、咨詢專家、訪談等方法,對合肥市公安局和俄勒岡州警方警察公共關系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了初步的調查、研究,通過介紹我國合肥市公安局和美國俄勒岡州警方公共關系實踐狀況,并對其進行分析、比較,以期從理論上為我國警察公共關系的發(fā)展提供思路。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, various social contradictions have become increasingly prominent, the crisis involving the police has also shown an upward trend, especially in the new media era, its spread faster, wider scope and greater impact. As the indispensable soft power of the public security organs to resolve the crisis, the public relations of the police are paid more and more attention by the relevant departments. At present, compared with the countries with relatively mature police system, such as the United States and Britain, China's police crisis public relations is still in its infancy, and there are still many areas that need to be improved. Using the methods of consulting information, consulting experts, interviewing and so on, the author has made a preliminary investigation and study on the current situation of the development of public relations between Hefei Public Security Bureau and Oregon Police. This paper introduces the practice of public relations between Hefei Public Security Bureau and Oregon Police, analyzes and compares it in order to provide the train of thought for the development of police public relations in China theoretically.
