【摘要】：2013年2月,韓國(guó)新一屆總統(tǒng)樸槿惠上任,揭開(kāi)了韓國(guó)海洋開(kāi)發(fā)、利用的新篇章。樸槿惠政府重建了韓國(guó)海洋水產(chǎn)部,同時(shí)提出了關(guān)于海洋發(fā)展的七大重點(diǎn)課題和一系列新思路、新政策、新舉措,對(duì)外宣示了韓國(guó)發(fā)展海洋的決心和信心。樸槿惠政府之所以積極推出海洋發(fā)展新政,既可歸因于世界科技化、信息化和海洋發(fā)展潮流的推動(dòng),更是韓國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)重視海洋的傳統(tǒng)及新時(shí)代發(fā)展的需求使然。這一切對(duì)于中國(guó)樹(shù)立全民海洋意識(shí)、推進(jìn)海洋事業(yè)發(fā)展和努力建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國(guó)具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:South Korea's new president, Park Geun-hye, took office in February 2013, opening a new chapter in South Korea's ocean exploitation and exploitation.Park Geun-hye 's government has rebuilt the South Korean Ministry of Ocean and Fisheries, at the same time put forward seven key topics and a series of new ideas, new policies and new measures on the development of the sea, which has declared South Korea's determination and confidence in the development of the ocean.The reason why Park Geun-hye 's government actively launched the New deal on Ocean Development can be attributed not only to the promotion of the trend of world science and technology, information technology and ocean development, but also to the domestic importance of the tradition of the sea and the needs of the development of the new era in South Korea.All these are of great significance for China to establish the consciousness of the whole people, to promote the development of the marine cause and to strive to build a powerful marine country.
