【摘要】：本文是俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫2012年12月1日在"21世紀(jì)世界權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)中的俄羅斯"年度國際會議暨"外交與國防政策委員會"成立20周年、《全球政治中的俄羅斯》雜志創(chuàng)刊10周年大會上的講話,在很大程度上反映了俄羅斯對于國際關(guān)系體系未來發(fā)展及俄羅斯對外政策原則的基本立場和觀點(diǎn)。拉夫羅夫認(rèn)為,世界正經(jīng)歷深刻變化,未來世界將是多極格局,單極霸權(quán)主義沒有前途。他還闡明了俄羅斯應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對新的形勢。
[Abstract]:This article marks the 20th anniversary of the annual international conference of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on December 1, 2012, "Russia in the structure of World Power in the 21st Century" and the founding of the Committee on Foreign and Defence Policy, < Russia in Global PoliticsSpeech at the 10th Anniversary Conference of the magazine,To a large extent, it reflects Russia's basic position and views on the future development of international relations system and the principles of Russia's foreign policy.Lavrov believes that the world is undergoing profound changes, the future world will be multipolar pattern, unipolar hegemonism has no future.He also set out how Russia should deal with the new situation.
