【摘要】： 20世紀80年代以來,我國進入了有史以來最為全面、深刻的社會轉型時期,民眾的思想觀念和行為都發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。在市場經(jīng)濟帶來的負面影響下,公民普遍持有一種“政治冷漠”和現(xiàn)實生活中的功利主義相交織的心態(tài)。人們將火熱的政治熱情轉入了經(jīng)濟領域,對政治的關心度下降,政治義務感減弱,尤其是在我國青年中更是呈現(xiàn)出一種對于政治無所謂的冷漠態(tài)度。此外由于我國民眾長期受到傳統(tǒng)政治心理的影響,民眾政治參與意識不強,政治參與知識不足,技能不高,并且政治參與體制的具體制度上還存在缺陷、在實踐中還存在偏差,這些因素都導致我國的政治冷漠現(xiàn)象日益嚴重。 如果社會上“沉默的大多數(shù)”太龐大,群體利益無法訴求和協(xié)調(diào),改革就會失去民間推動力,一旦改革停滯,發(fā)展就會停止,中國將會有陷入社會動蕩的危險。因此本文選舉美國和中國兩國國內(nèi)的政治冷漠現(xiàn)象為例,從政治冷漠主體因素和制度因素兩方面對兩國政治冷漠現(xiàn)象的成因進行對比分析,揭示中美兩國政治冷漠現(xiàn)象形成原因的相同之處和不同之處,以期從比較分析中得出相關的教訓和啟示,從而幫助我們更深刻地理解我國的政治冷漠現(xiàn)象,并采取相應措施緩解并改善我國的政治冷漠現(xiàn)象,為我國的民主建設奠定牢固的基礎。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, China has entered the most comprehensive and profound period of social transformation in history. The people's ideology and behavior have undergone earth-shaking changes. Under the negative influence of the market economy, Citizens generally hold a mentality of "political apathy" and utilitarianism in real life. People have turned their fervent political enthusiasm into the economic field, and their interest in politics has declined, and their sense of political obligation has weakened. Especially among the young people in our country, there is a indifferent attitude towards politics. In addition, because of the influence of traditional political psychology for a long time, people's political participation consciousness is not strong, political participation knowledge is not enough, and their skills are not high. Moreover, there are some defects in the system of political participation and deviation in practice, which leads to the increasingly serious phenomenon of political apathy in our country. If the "silent majority" in society is so large that the interests of the group cannot be pursued and coordinated, the reform will lose its folk impetus. Once the reform has stalled, development will cease. China will be in danger of falling into social unrest. Therefore, this paper chooses the political apathy phenomenon in the United States and China as an example, and makes a comparative analysis of the causes of the political apathy phenomenon in the two countries from two aspects: political apathy main factor and system factor. To reveal the similarities and differences of the causes of political apathy between China and the United States, in order to draw relevant lessons and enlightenment from comparative analysis, so as to help us to understand the phenomenon of political apathy in China more deeply. And take corresponding measures to alleviate and improve the phenomenon of political apathy in our country, and lay a solid foundation for the construction of democracy in our country.
