【摘要】：正近些年,關(guān)于從嚴(yán)治警的話題多了起來(lái),這是社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,當(dāng)予肯定。而說(shuō)到從嚴(yán)治警,筆者最近讀了傅高義的《日本第一》一書,書中寫到了日本犯罪率持續(xù)減少的原因,在傅高義看來(lái),這得益于警察得力、民眾合作。書中提到,在日本,想要成為一名警察,起碼要過(guò)"四關(guān)"。這"四關(guān)"是筆者概括的。一是考試關(guān)。警察這種職
[Abstract]:In recent years , with regard to the topic of strict policing , this is the progress of the society , and when it is affirmed , the author has recently read Fu Gao - yi ' s First Statement , which is written in the book by Fu Gaoyi , who wrote in the book the reason why Japan ' s crime rate continues to decrease .
