【摘要】：自實(shí)行多黨制以來,坦桑尼亞革命黨的角色發(fā)生了重要轉(zhuǎn)變,主要表現(xiàn)為從憲政型政黨向議會型政黨轉(zhuǎn)變、從動員型政黨向參與型政黨轉(zhuǎn)變、從克里斯瑪型政黨向法理型政黨轉(zhuǎn)變。坦桑尼亞革命黨大體適應(yīng)了這一轉(zhuǎn)變,在先后五次選舉中贏得勝利。與此同時,在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、全球化、城鎮(zhèn)化、人口變遷和教育發(fā)展等結(jié)構(gòu)性力量的推動下,坦桑尼亞的政黨競爭變得更加激烈,革命黨將面臨更為嚴(yán)峻的競爭和挑戰(zhàn)。坦桑尼亞革命黨不僅需要經(jīng)歷角色轉(zhuǎn)變的重大考驗(yàn),而且面臨著發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、改善民生、執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)以及解決桑給巴爾問題等嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of the multi-party system, the role of the Tanzanian Revolutionary Party has changed significantly, mainly from a constitutional to a parliamentary political party and from a mobilized party to a participatory political party. The transition from the Krista party to the legal party. The Tanzanian Revolutionary Party has largely adapted to this change, winning five successive elections. At the same time, in economic growth, globalization, urbanization, Driven by structural forces such as demographic change and educational development, party competition in Tanzania has become more intense, and the Revolutionary Party will face more severe competition and challenges. The Tanzanian Revolutionary Party will not only have to undergo a major test of the change in its role, It also faces serious challenges such as developing economy, improving people's livelihood, building governing capacity and solving Zanzibar problem.
