【摘要】：新城市化下外來移民大量聚集于大都市,引發(fā)新"土客"矛盾。本文借鑒西方移民態(tài)度理論,以上海隨機調查樣本分析了城市居民的移民態(tài)度狀況、群體差異和成因。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),基于文化認同的排斥穩(wěn)健而強烈,但以客觀社會經濟結構壁壘測量的現(xiàn)實利益威脅假說未得到驗證。分析表明,過去和未來的利益和狀況的主觀判斷成為影響本地居民移民態(tài)度的關鍵:對于新移民一代(有或無本地戶籍),移民排斥主要源于其對未來生活狀況的預期,而本地人的排斥受到其過去改革進程中利益受損評估的影響。文章?lián)颂岢霰镜厝艘泼駪B(tài)度形成的"受挫怨恨"假說,在時間維度上進一步拓展了"悲觀預期"假設,并呼吁加強對本地居民的移民接納研究。
[Abstract]:A large number of immigrants gathered in the metropolis under the new urbanization, which led to the contradiction of the new "natives". This paper draws lessons from the western immigration attitude theory, and analyzes the status of the urban residents' immigration attitude with the random survey samples in Shanghai. Group differences and causes. The results show that the rejection based on cultural identity is robust and strong, but the realistic interest threat hypothesis measured by objective socio-economic structural barriers has not been verified. The subjective judgment of past and future interests and conditions has become the key to influencing the attitude of local immigrants: for the new generation of immigrants (with or without a local domicile), the rejection of immigrants is mainly due to their expectations of their future living conditions. On the other hand, the rejection of local people is influenced by the evaluation of the damage to their interests in the past reform process. Based on this, the paper puts forward the hypothesis of "frustration and resentment" formed by the attitude of local immigrants, which further expands the hypothesis of "pessimistic expectation" in the time dimension. And called for the strengthening of the study of immigration acceptance of local residents.
