[Abstract]:Just after the 9 / 11 terrorist attacks, the United States launched the "war on terror" and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) set up secret prisons overseas to hold and interrogate what they had caught. Known as "terrorists" of intelligence value, these secret prisons are also known as "black jails". Human Rights Watch says there are dozens of such "black jails". There are also several "floating prisons" built by ships. Thailand's "Black Prison": the CIA set up the first overseas "Black Prison" in March 2002, Zubeda was arrested in Pakistan, which was the first batch of "black prison" captured by CIA.
