【摘要】：本研究利用中國綜合社會調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CGSS2010),通過多維度健康行為指標測量中國民眾的健康生活方式。潛在類別分析發(fā)現(xiàn),人們的生活方式呈現(xiàn)多元化特征,可劃分為三個類別,即健康型、混合型和風險型生活方式。高社會經(jīng)濟地位者的生活方式呈現(xiàn)出健康型和風險型兩端分化的特征,而低社會經(jīng)濟地位者的生活方式更傾向于混合型。總體上來說,中國民眾的生活方式處于不斷轉(zhuǎn)型中,社會的上層成員由于在社會結(jié)構(gòu)處于優(yōu)勢位置,能夠作出有利于自身健康的生活方式選擇,但同時也受到了西方生活方式的影響;社會下層成員則更多地受到社會結(jié)構(gòu)地位的束縛。
[Abstract]:In this study, China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS2010) data were used to measure the healthy lifestyle of Chinese people through multi-dimensional health behavior indicators. The analysis of potential categories shows that people's lifestyle is diversified and can be divided into three categories: healthy type, mixed type and risk-based lifestyle, which can be divided into three categories: healthy type, mixed-type lifestyle and risk-based lifestyle. The life style of the people with high socio-economic status is characterized by the differentiation of health type and risk type, while the life style of the people with low socio-economic status tends to be mixed. Generally speaking, the way of life of the Chinese people is undergoing continuous transformation, and the upper-class members of society, because of their superiority in the social structure, are able to make choices that are conducive to their own healthy lifestyle. But also affected by the western way of life; The lower social members are more bound by the status of social structure.
